Working with commercial garages, I'm not used to such excellent service! I called to ask for a quote on Wednesday afternoon. A technician was at our location Thursday morning to give a quote (the best quote we'd received), and by Thursday afternoon the job was done. Mr. Electric of Central Nashville has just earned a very loyal client!

Michael was very quick to follow up on my appointment request and have an electrician (Ben) come to the house within 24 hours for a simple fix we needed for our doorbell.

We had a problem with our outside outlets.
I did my check down and thought it was a bad outlet.
Charles did an awesome job being on time and diagnosed the problem and I learned the we had an GFI plug on the side of our house.
The owner did a follow call as well.
We would use them again if we have a electric problem.

Honestly can't say enough good things about our electrician, Charles. Not only did him and Michael (the owner) squeeze us onto the schedule multiple days with last minute requests, but they gave me their personal contact info and followed-up constantly to ensure my issues were being fixed. Each time Charles came out, he went above and beyond. Friendly, knowledgeable, and literally left no stone un-turned to ensure that everything was safe and reliable. Shane came out to my home today to help with an EV plug install. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! It’s hard to find a company that you can trust and I’m glad to say I found one.

After having 'an installation' issue with a previous contractor, called Mr. Electric and not only did they (Michael & Jeremy) get us on the schedule very quickly, but the work that Jeremy did was incredible. He was pleasant, explained all the steps needed, did the tasks needed and cleaned up, all with a smile.
