This stores has really quick and accurate service. An order was called in and was ready for pickup in less than an hour. The staff here was very professional and had me checked out and loaded up and headed back towards the job in about ten minutes! It just doesn't get any better than that!

I have honestly not had their service, but just wanted to comment about their company vehicle driving like a mad man this morning at 630 AM in the rain. He was driving extremely close to vehicles and speeding around them. Not sure what the rush was, but we would all like to make it to work alive today. Thanks.

Had bad electrical issue and called they had service truck out to me in 1 hour. Diagnosed problem and fixed very reasonable. Friendly staff. Will do business with again.

I use this company as a subcontractor for our commercial construction project. Great company to work with always. Great management and the onsite electricians are always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Plus, they do great work!

This company allows its employees to drive recklessly on the interstate with no regard for our community. I constantly see these guys tailgating within 2ft going 75+ and cutting people off narrowly missing them.

You have a driver, van 416 or 415 I think. Comes across 440 going east every morning. Drives like a maniac. Can’t believe he would do that with your name and logo plastered on the side. Tailgates. Flashes his brights behind people in the slow lane when everyone is going 10-15 mph over the speed limit. He does not represent you well.

No personal experience, but whomever drives a burgundy Ford F-150 with their name on the side needs to be re-tested for the rules of the road at the local driver testing center. Absolute horrible driver representing this electrical company. Never heard of them, but I’m not impressed and I know this employee wasn’t on the way to repair someone’s broken hair dryer. I’d hate to be their insurance company as I see I’m not the only one complaining about employee driving habits. Remember it’s YOUR name on the side of the vehicle and if it ever came up I would never recommend this business just based on that!!!!

Excellent first interaction with A&S. My wife and I are entrepreneurs. We recently moved to Nashville and started looking for an electrician to help us wire up our new building with EV chargers for our fleet of sprinters. We called another company and were offered zero help. We called A&S and were immediately connected with Rob. I had a very alarming experience with one of this company's drivers. While on the road, the driver of a company vehicle (Tennessee tag CP 85140) aggressively ran me off the road. I was shocked by the level of road rage, especially coming from someone operating a clearly marked company truck.

This type of reckless and dangerous behavior is completely unacceptable and puts the public at serious risk. I expected more professionalism from someone representing a business. I hope the company addresses this issue promptly and ensures its drivers are held to higher safety standards.
