Working with Michael and Charles at Mr. Electric was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Michael was incredibly attentive, keeping communication clear and consistent throughout the process.

Charles came to our home and provided a very reasonable quote, and to our surprise, he was able to execute the work that same day. Even though the job turned out to be a bit more labor-intensive than expected, Charles tackled it with a 100% can-do attitude. He never once complained and made me feel like a truly valued customer. I hired Mr Electric to install a remote controlled ceiling fan and I am very pleased with the work. My electrician was named Ben, and he was very professional, polite, and did an excellent job. It turned out that we needed a ceiling fan trim kit installed (I didn't know it prior) and he even went to Lowe's to pickup the part (as I was working and could not leave my home). He did install the remote to the wall as well. He stayed over his time too working on the balancing as a fixture piece was a little off.

He also quickly took down an existing flood light and put up a Ring Camera flood light. This was my first time using Ring, so he waited while the app installed and walked me through the app setup, we tested the motion, recording, and everything works perfectly! I would definitely hire again!

Making an appointment for the estimate and scheduling for the installation was a very easy process and was able to be done fairly quickly. Ben was very efficient and fast when installing the EV charger and even cleaned up the drywall off the floor when he was finished.

This is a five star company. They are on top of getting you an appointment that your schedule would be comfortable with. They maintain that appointment by being on time every time, and as they perform the work in your home, they inform you and consult with you every step of the way I am a big fan!

Exceptional Expertise and Professionalism for Our 1940 Home!

I highly recommend Bryce Breshears—he deserves every one of these five stars. I hired him to manage electrical upgrades in my challenging 1940 home, which involved replacing some light fixtures wiring, power outlets, and light switches that had not been upgraded. Working with an older house means running into unexpected issues, but Bryce handled every obstacle with remarkable knowledge and problem-solving skills, finding intelligent solutions for every twist and turn.

Beyond his technical ability, his professionalism was outstanding. He kept me informed with consistent updates and, crucially, he explained all the complexities and options in the simplest way for me to fully understand. The quality of the work is flawless, and the entire process was smooth thanks to his expertise and clear communication. If you need a skilled electrician, especially for an older property, hire Bryce!

If you need electrical work and you didn't call Mr.Electric, welp, you called the wrong company. I have used Mr. Electric for all of my electrical needs. Most recently for the installation of our Tesla Wall Connector to charge our RIVIAN and Tesla.

Michael's team made the installation look like a piece of cake. The technician was in and out in a few hours and the installation was up to code. Speaking about Michael, he is the owner of the Mr. Electric franchise that supports Nashville and he goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. We have had Michael's team install additional electrical outlets and repair and weatherproof our external outlet.

I recently (9.19.2925) had Mr. Electric back out to the house to correct a ground fault error on the wall connector. Steve, the electrician, was sent to diagnose and repair the issue. He was absolutely fantastic. He knows his stuff! He looked over our electric panel and advised that we should upgrade at some point. There was no pressure to do the upgrade immediately and he was transparent with the situations that would justify the upgrade.

I greatly appreciate the honesty and transparency that I have experienced with Michael's portion of Mr. Electric. They are not out to make a quick buck by encouraging customers to spend more money than what's necessary for the issue at hand. To say they are trustworthy, honest, and reliable is an absolute understatement!

I highly recommend Mr.Electric to anyone needing electrical work or repair on your home. I previously used them to install electrical outlets for wall mounted TVs and their work was meticulous. This time Bryce came out to resolve an issue with a bunch of outlets that just stopped working. He took his time, found the problem and fixed the issue. The complementary whole house inspection was also a great benefit.

There was experience with these people are great. I live In South Carolina and I called this people from Tennessee to go work on my grandmother‘s house in Tennessee and they was there on time. They done the best work and they kept me in the loop the whole time when it was time for payment they even waited till I got off of work to make the payment. Mr. Bryce was very professional, thorough, kind and detailed. His work ethics were exceptional and his concern for ensuring a job well done was beyond. He also showed such kindness to our dog, who at first was intimidated, and by the end, came to be his buddy work assistant. We have more electrical projects in our future as we update our old house; there is no need in searching for another candidate/company, Mr. Bryce and Mr. Electric, will be our top choice.
