We called them on a Friday in the morning coming back from a vacation. They were able to see us the same day in a matter of hours. The service tech was over the top helpful and fast and clear about what he was doing. I don't remember his name but he was so helpful and friendly. I had a time crunch and had to leave and he hurried his work to get things done for me. And at the end our AC was working and the price was super affordable. I will call them again next time our AC has problems.

During the coldest stretch of this winter, our home’s HVAC system failed. The original company we called responded sluggishly, leaving us without heat for four long days. On Day 5, desperate for a solution, we reached out to Temp Control, and their response was nothing short of amazing.

Within an hour of our call, a technician was at our home, assessing the situation with empathy and urgency. By the very next day, they had a brand-new unit installed, restoring warmth to our home. 2/2/26 update: our hvac unit was not working after the ice storm and power outage, Temp control had someone out the next day after we called, Chris arrived punctually, is always extremely nice, and was detailed in fixing the situation and explaining what happened. We can’t recommend temp control enough!

Everything about our experience with Temp Control was wonderful, Scheduling was easy, and Travis was helpful, informative, and honest during our appointment. When we ultimately decided we wanted to replace our HVAC system and duct work, they were timely and efficient. Our new system is great so far and I am glad we chose their maintenance package. I highly recommend!

Update: we also got a mini split installed from temp control and had another great experience. Great communication and timing throughout the whole process. Really appreciated Chasen, Jacob, and Joseph.

I was referred to y’all by a friend of mine a couple years ago and so when I had an issue, I gave y’all a call. The phone experience was excellent with Hannah and the guys arrived when they were supposed to very courteous explained a lot and it’s all good. I’m signed up for your maintenance program and the other guy that I was with or was here was named Chris.

Blown away with the care and service shown by Temp Control. Was told I needed a new HVAC unit and looking to get a few estimates. They ran their own diagnostics and instead of selling me on a system, shared that really I just had a faulty thermostat. So thankful for their honesty and diligence, will definitely be calling them for any future needs.

I recently purchased A new Ac unit 2 ton from Temp control heat and air conditioning Services in Nashville, and I am pleased to their job From start ( chasen Waugh) to the finishing technician team ( Jacob L and Joseph) to their amazing. Jacob L and his team, showed me great skills and experience they have when it comes for ac installation and handling services.

My experience with temp control cool and heat conditioning, I can say they much better compared to many ac companies in terms of quality of service, price, and communication. I recommend this company( temp control heat and cooling) if you want for a ac unit replacement.

Installed new heat pump to replace a gas/AC system. Work done in a friendly, professional manner, on a hot summer day. Jacob helped me with some decisions about wiring and thermostat location. We have been using this company for HVAC service for two years. This was our first major purchase. The company is fair, reasonably priced, and honest about when to repair vs replace. Jacob and his partner did a great job and were helped by some others at a point where heavy lifting was needed. All around postitive homeowner experience.

I had a problem with my AC not working. I called Monday afternoon and Chris (the field manager) was able to come out at 8:00 am the next day. He was very knowledgeable and professional, as well as friendly. I stayed outside and chatted with him while he worked and before I knew it everything was good as new. I will definitely tell my friends and family to call if they ever have any HVAC issues.

Our AC went out on Sunday at the beginning of the hottest week of the year (so far!). Monday morning, I called the office and Hannah was very helpful and was able to get Chris to come out immediately to check on our system. Even though our system is older, he didn't try to push us to get a new system, he was able to replace a couple of parts and get us up and running. I look forward to using Temp Control again when we eventually replace this system. Thanks again y'all!
