We enlisted the services of Temp Control when we purchased our home 13 years ago. Like clockwork, our HVAC unit is serviced twice per year by friendly, knowledgeable technicians. Today’s tech, Clay, was exceptionally skilled, informative, and respectful of our home. We are so appreciative of his kind demeanor, punctuality, and excellent service.

These guys are the best! Professional, respectful, courteous and so knowledgeable. I have used them for 12 years and send everyone I know to the best HVAC company in Nashville! Can’t recommend them enough.

James was very thorough and communicated several times during his visit. He repaired some insulation and cleaned out some cobweb buildup. He gave us a heads up that some corrosion was starting to form, but indicated it was normal for the age our unit. Hopefully he will service our systems in the future.

One of the few (maybe only) companies in Nashville that really knows their stuff when it comes to Magic Pak units. They were the only ones who could actually quote and install it for me. The techs, Joseph and Jacob, did an awesome job with the removal and install. Super professional and efficient. Hannah was great too. She stayed on top of everything from ordering to final payment. You can tell this is a solid, locally owned company that truly values its employees, and it shows in their work. They’re not about upselling or quick sales. They’re in it for the long haul and really care about their customers. Solid 10 out of 10!!!

I subscribe to the PM service for my two residential units. They do a thorough and professional job. Stuart is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. When I need a repair they are prompt and reasonably priced. They are a good company and I would and have recommended them in the past.

I have worked with Temp Control for several years from small HVAC and water heater repairs to complete system replacements. They have always been responsive, provided excellent service and have been cost-effective. I have recommended them to several others and everyone has had the same experience.

Had Joseph and Jacob out to replace the soft ducts in my basement with metal ducts so I could use that space for a home gym. They came, they saw, the conquered, and they cleaned up after. Great work. Very considerate and made sure its was down they way I wanted. Outstanding service.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I hired an hen after Travis visited my home to do a job. The main thing I needed done was the condenser moved and I didn’t see it on the bid before I paid the deposit so I text the salesman Travis as the bid was not very detailed and he confirmed before I paid a 10,000 deposit that this would be done and a concrete pad. Later they denied it but as you can see I have the text and him confirming it. They were supposed to replace all the duct work as well as put in three mini splits. After they started the work and took my money a few hours into it th salesman came in and said they were not going to move the condenser or put a concrete pad in and there would be no change in the price quotes. We have only had this system for six months and have had to call other companies to come and fix what they did wrong, we found old ducts covered by new ducts and the he mini split and hat was installed on one of our rooms are hey spliced the wires to much when installing and the wires melted together. Now I am having to put out over 1000 more to have this fixed as I know this company will not help in any way or admit fault as I have been trying to deal with them for many months now and they have had 35,000 out of me and even filed a lawsuit against me to force me to pay the last 10,000 because I told them I did not want to pay the rest until they finished the job I was quoted. This poor workmanship could have caused a fire at my home and killed someone. I am putting pics below to back this up as I have seen how much they lie and they will try to say this is untrue. For your sanity and finances in the long run I would avoid tempcontrol at all costs. We are a very hardworking family and this was a huge investment that has cost me twice this now newly because they are conning people. Don’t fall for the nice guy approach they put on while trying to get a contract signed and a huge deposit. I am going to the attorney general about this company as what they have done is dangerous, irresponsible, devious; and so so unprofessional
