I hope Temp Control really values Jacob and Joseph. They came today to install a new unit. They carried it up 3 flights of outside condo stairs, never once heard them complain. They were exactly on time, polite and finished the entire job in just under 4 hours. This was not an easy install since it had to fit inside a utility closet outside on a 3rd floor deck. Better hang on to these guys! They were THE BEST!!!!!

Jacob and Joseph were excellent technicians and the install went very smoothly! Highly recommend this team at Temp Control and looking forward to working with them in the future, thank you!!

Temp Control came out the same morning I called. Chris was very professional and provided outstanding service. He went above and beyond checking on the part availability at the distributor and with it in-stock drove there, picked it up and returned to install it. He was helpful in every way possible. We had heat back on the same morning. Very much appreciated! Our experience could not have been better! Recommend joining their Temp Club.

James showed up on time and finished up an hour later servicing our HVAC equipment. He was familiar with our system band checked that it was all in working order. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Reminded us to change our filters in the next several months as well. We’ve had good service from Temp Control. I would recommend them.

I had a great experience with Temp Control today. My unit was not working during the night, and I called first thing this morning to schedule a repair. They had someone out to me this afternoon, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue with parts on hand (I'll be back tomorrow). The technician was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I believe the price was very fair and they will be my HVAC company of choice moving forward!

We needed diagnosis of a leaking and poorly performing second-floor air conditioning unit, finally deciding to replace the unit. From our first contact with Temp Control staff, they impressed. Office staff, technicians, installers, and owner Eloy Saban clearly communicated with us every step of the way, arrived when they said they would, explained our options, and even worked with us on financing terms when we decided to have the HVAC unit replaced. The entire replacement process took one day, including removal of every scrap of the old equipment, and our home and was left clean and wonderfully cool. They even sent handwritten thank-you notes after the initial visit and after the installation. We've become members of Temp Control's Comfort Club annual maintenance program, and would call them again in a heartbeat.

Chris and team were AMAZING! They helped us when we were inspecting a home and continued to help once we moved in. They went above and beyond to fix the root cause of the issue in a timely and affordable manner. Highly recommend them!

Clay was very thorough and detailed during our annual heating maintenance. Explained everything to us as needed.

A routine maintenance. Clay found a bad capacitor that was covered under warranty, and installed a new one. He’s a very nice guy, was very thorough. and explained everything.

The Temp Control team are all professionals who take care of you from end to end. Eloy does an excellent job sizing up all of your needs and giving you a fair price. Even when unexpected things arise like an underground gas line that needed replacing or a thermostat wire that had a short in it, they were fair and quick to resolve them. Had a chance to meet David and Doug (both hands on owners) who stand behind their work and products and the office manager Scarlet, ensures all of the proper paperwork is filed with the manufacturer for warranty as well as the eScore program when appropriate. Great work, great communications throughout, very professional. This was my second system install with them and I feel very comfortable in rating them 5 stars. They do a lot of excellent work in and around our Brentwood neighborhood and would highly recommend them.

Temp Control did an amazing job for us! We needed a quick turnaround of an inspection for our heating and cooling systems so that we could close on the sale of our house. Called them and they came out the next day, did a thorough inspection and report, and were reasonably priced! Thanks so much Doug and Temp Control!

Really Great service from start to finish. Helping me select the right unit and doing a full install. I’ve also been using them for service for the past few years and always a great experience.

The install team did a great job. They were quick, and cleaned up once it was finished. They also walked me through how to use the new thermostat as well.
