This company does a wonderful job keeping our center clean . They are very accommodating to what we want done !

We have been very pleased with their service at Midway Medical Center. They are efficient, and provide excellent service. There staff and managers are easily accessible and management checks in regular for feedback.

There are times when details are missed or basic standards aren't met. For example, we've had several issues with not having enough or being out of toilet paper in some of the bathrooms which should NEVER happen! Also, sometimes paper towels haven't been filled up. Most of these issues have been ironed out but teaching a better attention to the details would be helpful. Overall I'm satisfied with the service.

Update:
My company has used City Wide for 1 year now and overall I'd give them 4.5 stars. There's occasional issues that are minor, like paper towels not being refilled fully or some communication issues with the crew due to a language barrier, but they always fix it the next day. The communication with the regional and site managers is very good and they're prompt to respond if I have any questions or issues. In general, I've been very happy with the services provided, as well as the customer service from Houston and Jestin has been top notch!
