Upfront pricing on website. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. Had me scheduled the next morning for an 8am install of a new water heater. Hauled away my old one. Finished exactly on estimated time. Flawless experience! 10/10 Would recommend!

We noticed our hot water heater leaking on Monday (12/18), called the company and already have a replacement completed by 12/20. We didn't think it would be possible to have it done before the holiday, but thank goodness for this company! Will recommend to anyone else in need!

I called out the Hot Water Heater Pros to replace my aging hot water heater. They looked at what I had and informed me that my water heater was still in very good working condition and did not need replacement in the near future. I appreciated their honesty. There are other companies out there that would have ripped it out and taken the $$ and run. I will definitely be calling them when the time comes to replace it.

The Hot Water Heater Pros were professional and easy to work with from my first phone call to the installation and finally when they made sure to clean up before they left. I had a new water heater installed at a different location due to my old one being in the crawlspace, and there were a few problems that were not expected. But Michael, Chris, and Steve problem solved the best way to do the install. Chris and Steve, who did the actual install, went above and beyond!
This company provides high-quality products that they research first and fair pricing. They made sure to show me the shut off valve, and how to flush my water heater myself. They even registered the warranty for me. Definitely a company I would recommend!

The Hot Water Heater Pros showed up on time and had the same exact same brand of water heater that I wanted. I called the evening before and they were there the next morning. It took around an hour to remove my old water heater and replace it with the new one. They even added an extension tank as well. Nice little bonus. All very reasonably prices, especially for getting it done so soon and quick. I will definitely recommend them.

Fantastic. We called them out when we had trouble with our water heater and they were so great we kept them in mind when a couple years later we needed a new one. They came in, listened to what we wanted, gave us a quote quickly (which they stuck to) and were able to get the new water heater and schedule quickly. The guys that came to replace the heater were considerate of our home, worked quickly, communicated what they were doing, cleaned up after themselves and were professional and courteous. After looking at the situation, he told me what he thought the problem was. He cleared the line them found a problem with the pipes. He fixed the problem . I will call Zoom Drain anytime I need a plumber. Oh yes, he informed me of the price before starting work.

Gary is a complete professional - efficient, exceedingly neat, and thorough in assessing more than just the clogged sinks. He spent 2 hours cleaning out the grunge and showed us the sparkling clean pipes after the job was finished: the snake has a camera!

Brad @ zoom epitomizes what customer service should be!! Not only was the job completed quick and effectively, but Brad explained to the how and why's, of my drain issues and what to do to prevent. Above and beyond with communication and made me comfortable with his honesty and disclosure of everything he was doing. My only go to if I have issues again, and would highly recommend his decades of experience to anyone.
