Adam came out and in short order clean out my bathroom drain clog that had been completely stopped up for 2 weeks and did a very thorough and professional job. Cleaned up everything before he left, was very nice and took care of everything.

Garrett came to my house and went above and beyond to understand the issues from every angle and was thoughtful in his proposed solutions. It was evident that he is striving to find the most economical solution for his customers treating each customer as if he was in their shoes.

Zoom Drain came to my house to water jet a buried underground black flex corrugated gutter pipe that had clogged. The pipe had previously failed, and was full of gravel, and were unsuccessful to clear the pipe. They said no charge because they failed to clear to clear the pipe. The 40' of old pipe did need to be completely replaced as it was collapsed. They gave me a good price to dig up the old flex pipe and replace with schedule 40 PVC. It turned into a major back break labor job due to all the gravel and rock hard ground, but they got it done at their original estimate price.

I used the text feature on their website after 8 PM, not really expecting a quick reply, but someone got back to me right away.
They had a technician out here first thing the very next morning, and the problem was completely resolved. The entire process was incredibly easy and efficient, especially for what started as a stressful, late-night problem. I'm so grateful for their responsiveness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

We had a major clog in a major main discharge pipe and Adam and Garrett had amazing teamwork working together to get it unclogged. They went down at the bottom of the driveway and sprayed with their machine 3500 psi on that end. And pulled both toilets and snaked them put them back in place. Also they went into the crawlspace and disconnected some of the lines and sprayed 3500 psi of water and busted up all this crazy grease in oil that was built up in that Junction and sprayed it all out. The house was built in 1962 so I guess it was quite a buildup and they did an amazing job. I couldn’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend them they go the extra mile. They’re very respectful and very professional how they work together . thank you so much Adam and Garrett more than five stars. How many stars do you want to give them honey 10 star, my wife just said 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Adam with Zoom drain did a great job. Super friendly, professional and explained everything he was doing. I had 4 previous plumbers who snaked the drain and the clog kept appearing after about 4 months. I had no idea the high pressure water was the answer to clearing the entire drain but it makes perfect sense. The snake just mixes up the clog but the high pressure water pushes the clogged debris all the way through the system. Hopefully this is the answer and I won’t have any future problems.😊🤞

I had an outstanding experience with Zoom Drain! A few days ago, I noticed our sewer pump was running nonstop. I scheduled a service, and Garrett arrived promptly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, found something stuck in the pump, and impressively fixed it without needing to remove the unit. After his repair, the pump immediately worked much better. Garrett was very professional and explained that I should monitor it, and if the issue returned, they could come back to remove and clean the pump completely.
A few days later, when the pump still seemed off, I scheduled another visit. Adam came out and was just as professional and efficient. He carefully cleaned and repaired the pump, ensuring it was fully restored and running perfectly before he left.
Both technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in their work. Zoom Drain provided fast, honest, and top-quality service from start to finish. It’s rare to find such professionalism and reliability these days—I highly recommend them to anyone needing expert help with drains or pump systems!
