I've called numerous times but it goes to voicemail & the voicemail box is full. Finally got someone on the phone and they said I had to email this address for the booking. I sent several emails but never got a response. Awful company. No communication.
Excellent job.. packed and moved all my things .. i didn't lift a finger... they moved all my things in my new place and installed my flat screen. Would definitely use them again
I have left 5 messages to schedule an appointment for gutter cleaning and window cleaning. They are so unprofessional and apparently don't need business. They have not returned any calls.
I’ve tried to schedule a cleaning for over a month. They no showed for my first appointment and have not responded to my follow up emails trying to reschedule. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, we all make mistakes, but this has been so unprofessional. Never even apologized about no showing for my appointment. If you want to be jerked around, use this company.
Ordered a window cleaning they had put on Living Social. Could never get them to come as promised. Would take multiple times to get them to respond from contacting them, then they would promise to come and then would never show. Been trying for 2 months to live up to their deal they sold me. I’m out the money and still have not had the work completed. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
