Unorganized and unprofessional. I requested a quote from them for a limb removal and they came out and also quoted wanting to remove a tree they said was dying for an additional $1650. The limb removal we requested was for $200. We only wanted the limb removed, and after two weeks of back and forth because they kept saying they would come out the next day and never showed, they finally responded that they would not be able to do it for the $200 quote and that it would be more expensive. This is something that I attempted to book and have completely done two weeks ago, and the dead limb is still there and I now have to reach out to a new company to start the process over.

I can’t beLEAF the job they did! Outstanding, no need to BRANCH out when you’ve got a team like this! I had two large trees leaning over my home and after what seemed like countless overpriced quotes from other companies, they came through. They got my trees down safely and effectively , even offered advice on other trees on my property with no pressure to strike another deal. Genuine care for the customer, couldn’t be happier.

They came out this morning and trimmed back 2 trees. One was in a hard area to reach but they did a super great job. Very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Joe and his team are wonderful. They have extensive knowledge of our trees and the best methods to ensure enjoyment for years to come. We have several 140+ years old oak trees, and one has pretty severe damage to the main trunk at the top. NTS experts evaluated the damage and determined the best solution for repair in order to save the tree. We have been working with NTS for the past few years, and encouraged our neighbors to use them, as well. They are very responsive, courteous, and professional. I will be a life-long customer.

Nashville tree service came and took multiple huge oaks that were a little to close to my house for comfort. They were prompt and took down my trees with no problems. They also got rid of my stumps and cleaned up great, you couldn’t tell the trees were there! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

We used Nashville Tree Service for an emergency hazardous tree removal after a storm felled a huge hackberry. They quoted a very reasonable price and came out to remove it sooner than insurance even contacted us about our claim (I called the insurance company to get approval). They removed the tree in one day and cleaned up all the debris from the tree. Dealing with the aftermath of the fallen tree has been a headache, but the tree removal was the easiest part, thanks to these guys! Highly, highly recommended!!!

Joe was prompt and impressive for the quote. I scheduled, there was medical emergency within, and Joe was great about contacting me. The next week as the emergency was resolved, Joe promptly called and they came out that day and got my tree taken care of. Jeff, Joe, and the rest of the team were professional and super friendly. Jeffrey Cross and his crew did a fantastic job removing a couple of trees and trimmed up several away from our house to keep from having issues in the future. These guys did a great job all around! Joe and Jeff are great to work with and are determined to get the job done no matter the difficulty. The trees I had removed were pretty tough to get to so a few trips out to the house were needed but the cost remained the same!
