I needed to have a large, dead Ash tree near the side of my house taken down and My Tree Guy came through! Another company didn't even get back to me but MTG was great to work with and quickly assessed the job and got me scheduled. Shout out to William their Arborist consultant.
The crew arrived early Saturday morning and they were very efficient and skilled. I was really impressed with their work and everything went well. Completed and cleaned up with the larger trunk pieces hauled away soon after. Pricing was very fair.

Great experience with My Tree Guy - especially Dylan. We had a tree fall on our house due to the recent ice storm and they were the fastest company to respond to my request and came in at a very reasonable price compared to other quotes. Dylan was great to work with and made the scheduling process easy from start to finish. On top of that, the tree guys who performed the work were very professional and spent a good amount of time cleaning up our property after completing everything. Really appreciated that. My Tree Guy truly deserves a 5 star rating. We had a very large oak tree that was within 15 feet from our home. Its removal required a company with expertise and the resources to handle such complex task. William and whole team made it look easy. The whole experience from beginning to end was extraordinary. I would highly recommend Nashville Tree Service! Their crew was great - very efficient and safe. Showed up on time, cleaned up when they left, and went above and beyond. They had to navigate multiple power lines and did so with serious skill.

Jeff came out on short notice on a Sunday after a wind storm blew our massive Hackberry tree down onto our cars. He was very friendly and got the tree removed fast! Great service!

Used them about a year ago and they provided adequate service. Called them back and set up a time to come for an estimate. Texted photos etc. they were a no-show. I followed up with two voice messages and another text with zero response back from the company. If you are at all concerned with communication or customer service, I would not recommend this company.

Nashville Tree service was prompt and thorough when a quick tree removal was needed. Same day service was completed within 5 hours of first contact. Could not be happier with their service. Highly recommend.

Nashville Tree Service came out on two different occasions. 1) Dead tree replacement: quickly and efficiently removed dead tree and planted a new one as requested. Cleaned up afterwards, so you couldn’t even tell they came by unless saw them do the work. 2) Trimmed up 3 large trees in backyard. Jerry & George did a terrific job. They are real pros! Will definitely recommend this team to anyone. Really glad I found them. Thanks for a jibe well done.
