Music City Tree was absolutely incredible! They came in, assessed the damage to a tree that I was very concerned with. The tree was a red oak, approx 150’ base to to top, that was leaning toward the power service lines and my neighbors property. The tree had very obvious core rot.
Orlando Stricklen (owner) his crew and a contracted hazardous condition arborist coordinated with the local power service company to disconnect power and reconnect on completion of the job.

These men were professional beyond my expectations. This tree was hollow up to 65’. The crew took this beast down, did not damage any property, completely cleaned and removed all of the brush and logs.
Kudos to Brandon, Jake, and the other men!

Will absolutely hire MCT again for future projects and highly highly recommend them for any of your arborist tree service needs.

Cons: During tree removal one of the branches knocked part of the gutter off of our house. I was told they would send someone to fix the gutter, but they never showed up. I called back on two separate occasions reminding me of this, and each time was promised that someone would show up promptly, but no one ever showed and the gutter still hasn't been fixed. I'd do it myself but don't own a ladder that reaches that high. I also ended up having to do more yard cleanup on my own than expected with many branches (small enough for me to lift) left in the yard. I have more work that needs to be done but will likely be looking at alternative local tree services.

We had a very serious large hazardous "death trap" of a tree in our front that needed emergency removal. Music City Tree services was quick to respond and prompt on arrival the very next morning. Brandon and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. We could not have asked for a better tree service company, and will be using them again in the near future.

Orlando and the team were great. The crew works hard and is very efficient. They removed 6 trees between two houses, near a fence and electrical service lines all in one day. Very professional, hard working group and they cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend them.

We had an enormous pine tree fall on our house in the middle of the night during a bad storm that created a huge danger. Music City Tree Service had it removed by mid-morning that same day. They were back the next day to clean up what they couldn't take initially. The crew had been working since 2am the morning of the storm, and was still friendly, efficient, and professional. We are very grateful for their hard work and responsiveness.

I can not say enough about this company. Called Orlando and he told me we were out of his companies servicing area. He referred me to another company which never called back. I called Orlando back and he had his company come out and do the work we were asking him to do. As a business owner myself I have seen many companies refer work out and never follow up. When I told Orlando the company never called back he sent his guys out to cut the tree down we wanted and cut back the other tree we wanted trimmed back. Very very professional and cleaned everything up in a way a company should. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you again Orlando.

Orlando and his crew did a great job! They were responsive, reasonably priced, and did a quick turnaround on the job. I would definitely recommend them! We had some very large, old trees that needed pruning and trimming and removal of dead wood. Great job!

I oversee a commercial property in Berry Hill for a group of local and remote investors. We needed to repair a retaining wall that the engineers noted required a removal of an adjacent pine tree. I called 5 different companies and Orlando called back within 15 minutes and was the only company to call back! He was out to estimate the removal and grinding of the tree the next morning and the tree was removed 48 hrs later. They were professional, safe and when they were done the site was clean. We would recommend Music City Tree Service to others and will use him and his team again if the need arises.

What an amazing team! To climb an 80ft tree, cut and lower branches to the ground without any damage to the house and chain link fence was super impressive. Two days to cut it down and another two days to clean up everything. Very conscientious and respectful of the neighbors property when part of a dead tree fell across into their yard. Immediately raked it off their lawn.Very entertaining also for my neighbors as well to watch. In my opinion the man that climbed to the top does not get paid enough. I’ll use them again when needed

Orlando and his crew responded quickly to a request for an estimate. They were professional and precise in their work. They removed a 95+ foot elm from next to the house, that draped over the roof and a power line. They also removed a 70+ foot oak that was leaning over the house. This crew worked HARD, and did both trees in a couple of days. They cleaned the yard each evening, and later they ground the stump and reseeded grass for the front yard. I recommend them highly and will use them again.

Orlando and his crew were great to work with. We had a large tree near our house/power lines that needed to come down. Also another tree that was hard to access. They did a great job with both. They were very thorough and careful. A very hard working crew that does not cut corners. Good communication and very reasonably priced as well.

Orlando and is crew were excellent. They were quick to respond to my call, quick to come out for an estimate, and quick to schedule a time when they could perform the work. They removed a couple trees for me at a rental property and they did such great work I had them do additional work at my own place. If I need tree services again, I will definitely use them. These guys are a joke. My neighbor used this tree service and the team from the tree service cut a limb that landed on my privacy fence and outdoor party lights. The team tried to hide that the incident happened and didnt tell me or my neighbor until my boyfriend arrived to see the damage. I have cameras that monitored the tree service company so it was impossible for them to deny that they damaged my privacy fence that is only 2 years old. The guy gave my boyfriend his number once he was confronted and promised to repair the damages on my property ($200 worth of damage). The guy claimed it would be repaired in 2 weeks when the panel for the fence arrived...however after 1 1/2 months finally after many texts he had repaired PART of the fence without my knowledge. I had asked the guy to call me so I could be available to let him in my property to repair the damage properly and verify the damage was repaired (considering they tried to get away initially without reporting the repair to myself or the neighbor who hired their services). I decided to call the owner..who then turned out to be the guy I had been communicating with all along. The owner pretended he was unaware of the incident tho the number matched the cell phone number I had been texting all along. The owner promised to finish the remaining repair and reimbursement of the party lights...however the incident occurred in July. ..I have recieved no further contact or repairs on my fence. I highly do not recommend this team. Unfortunately the worst part is that I did not hire them and they were not performing services related to my property....

Owner Orlando and his team was amazing!! The crew that came to our house were each polite friend respectful. The crew arrived and promptly went to work. No one slacked off. Every member had a purpose and it was making sure we were satisfied with the work. It was a "wow" experience. That level of professionalism with respectful attitude is a hard find these days. Highly recommend!!

I am so pleased with the work the My Tree Guy team performed today. They removed four trees that were way overgrown and needed to go. They trimmed a huge Bradford pear and a crêpe myrtle. I could not be happier. I will use them again.

BEST tree service experience I have ever had. First , Lucas immediately contacted me and set an appointment for an estimate. 3 other tree companies never responded to my inquiry.
Today the crew showed up at 9am. They removed 3 gigantic hackberries! All 3 had to be done by climbers. Trees removed, all wood carried to truck and grinder, stumps ground and the area clean by 2 pm!
