This is the second time he’s come out (the first was my fault for not changing my filters 😩). THANK YOU SO MUCH for being amazing! We have a had two good experiences with Helton's. The first was at the height of the summer heat and they worked as fast as they could to get our problem diagnosed, acquire the part, and install the new part. Considering the amount of business they had at the time we were please with how quickly they remedied the issue. Today we called at 8:30 in the morning regarding some leakage and the issue was fixed and preventive measures taken all before 10:30 AM. So helpful, friendly, and professional.

This is a family owned business and you can trust them to take care of your needs. I had them install a new Heating & Air until a couple years back. Now have them out twice a year for tune-up/maintenance so my warranty stays valid. There is no high pressure sales tactics here. They are very honest and will shoot you straight.
