This is a very efficient HVAC company. They arrive on time. They are really good about actually putting in the work. Explaining issues with your system. Any parts needed arrive at good timing. The pricing is affordable at the most part. The techcian did a great job. I have air now for the warm months ahead.

Have used this company in the past to complete yearly maintenance inspections on heating in the fall and Cooling in the summer. Had an issue 2 weeks ago blew a fuse. There were bare wires in the outside cooling unit, that shorted out. Thought this was exactly the type of thing that would have been caught during an inspection. Taped up the bare wires and replaced the fuse myself. called comfort engineering let them know what I found and asked if this should have been caught during past inspections. No real answer.
set up inspections 2 weeks ago for today. Thought I would give a 2nd chance. The people that answer the phones and come on the service calls are always nice. Took a half day vacation for the appt 8-10am.. they called around 8:45 to say they could not make it. They wanted to reschedule for 8-10 on thursday. Said I can not take vacation time again could I get an appt after 4. They said no. I said I will try and work with another company. -

CES does a great job. They’re always easy to make an appointment with and show up on time. Techs do a great job on the service and communicate well.
