This is a very efficient HVAC company. They arrive on time. They are really good about actually putting in the work. Explaining issues with your system. Any parts needed arrive at good timing. The pricing is affordable at the most part. The techcian did a great job. I have air now for the warm months ahead.

CES does a great job. They’re always easy to make an appointment with and show up on time. Techs do a great job on the service and communicate well.

We’ve been using CES for several years now after trying several other larger companies. They’re awesome. All their techs are courteous and knowledgeable. The main thing I like is I dont feel like they try to up sell you like the other companies. They’re honest which makes them trust worthy. I respect their opinion and do not feel like they’re just selling me stuff to make more money like the two largest HVAC companies in town. Highly recommend!

Jacob was on time and friendly. I’m not an expert on HVAC, but he seemed to do a thorough check and cleaning of my system. I’d have no issues recommending CES to others looking for scheduled HVAC maintenance.

Our furnace stopped working and one of their service techs came by the same day as my call to them and found the problem. They ordered the needed part and repaired it in a timely manner. I have used this HVAC company before and have always been satisfied with their work as I was on this issue. I recommend them for any heating or cooling services.

After spending a month with another company that sent out techs on 4 different occasions to try to diagnose/fix our geothermal system, we called CES. They quickly sent out a geothermal specialist who diagnosed the problem accurately and scheduled the appropriate repairman (Jacob.) They accurately told me what it would cost, how long it would take, and scheduled the repair quickly. After not having ac for over a month, CES stepped in and had the repair done & our ac running a week after our initial contact with them. Jacob, who did our repair, was great! Thank you, CES!

This company is absolutely awesome. I set up an appointment for Friday they wanted to come a day early which was fine with me. Got to my house when they said they would be there, worked 30/35 fixed the heating problem.

Comfort Engineered Systems has been my HVAC service provider for over 12 years. They have never disappointed me and have found their technicians to be professional, knowledgeable, competent and courteous. Gary knows my system "backwards and forwards" and always takes time to explain what the problem was and how it needs to be repaired or replaced. I never feel surprised but instead confident my geo thermal system is working as designed and intended. Most importantly, Comfort Engineered Systems is promptly available when an unexpected system "breakdown" occurs. They usually are able to arrange service the day I call or the next morning at the latest. I recommend highly Comfort Engineered Systems HIGHLY ! Give them a try !

I am so thankful for this company! Dan Matlock has been so incredibly professional and patient with all of my questions as we've been upgrading the HVAC system during a whole house renovation. When we started, he outlined all of my options and the pros/cons/cost of each. He is a great communicator, gets back to me quickly, and I fully trust his opinion. Jacob was very professional and found the issue quickly. It turned out not to be a major issue, but he stayed to make sure everything was in working order even though not a major issue. CES has always been consistent in their service to us!
