Pinpoint was assigned to install a new dishwasher by my home warranty company. Ms. Stacy who called to schedule my appointment was very accommodating and kind and was able to get me scheduled quickly. Isaac came out to install and was very prompt and professional but also quite friendly and helpful in showing me all about how to operate the new dishwasher. 5 stars to both of them, and if I ever have another appliance issue, I will definitely request they be assigned to the job!

Pinpoint appliance was very quick to respond and get me in. Despite having to order a part and wait for that, the whole process was pretty quick. Issac the technician was friendly, communicative and knowledgable. In a time when I couldn’t even get companies to answer the phone (between Christmas and new year) Pinpoint was my reliable saviour. Highly recommended

Lovely people. Excellent knowledge and willing to go the extra mile to make everything right. Isaac was personable and efficient, and came as quickly as they could schedule me for non-emergency work. I will call them next time I need repair work done.
