Pinpoint was assigned to install a new dishwasher by my home warranty company. Ms. Stacy who called to schedule my appointment was very accommodating and kind and was able to get me scheduled quickly. Isaac came out to install and was very prompt and professional but also quite friendly and helpful in showing me all about how to operate the new dishwasher. 5 stars to both of them, and if I ever have another appliance issue, I will definitely request they be assigned to the job!

I've been meaning to post this review for awhile now. We called Pinpoint a few months because our Samsung dishwasher just wasn't washing anything. It was basically only being used to sanitize the dishes because I had to wash them completely off before putting them in there. Isaac came out and assessed the problem quickly, proposed a fix, and we scheduled a time for him to come back out with the required part to fix the problem. It worked! I honestly don't think our dishwasher worked this well when we first got it 6 years ago. He also secured the dishwasher in it's space underneath the countertop. It was never actually installed correctly, so it's really nice to not have to catch the dishwasher when I pull the racks out to load or unload. While he was repairing the dishwasher, I also talked to him about our Samsung refrigerator that kept freezing up. He was familiar with the problem since it is a common one, and knew how to fix it. We had this problem fixed once before by another company, and it cost significantly more than what Pinpoint charged, and the more expensive repair turned out to be only a temporary fix. Preston (I think) came out and took care of the issue with the intention of not having to fix it again, and for a much more reasonable price. I highly recommend Pinpoint Appliance Repair! Professional, honest, up front pricing, and personable. I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs an appliance repair!

We had called another well known appliance repair company in Oak Ridge. They said if you did not buy it here we will not send anyone out to repair it. I told them it was put in by the contractor that built the house and the lady said oh well. We were given the name of Pinpoint Appliance Repair and we called and they came out the very next day and so glad we did. We called pinpoint because our ice maker I thought had gone out but Isaac found out it wasn't he took it out and done some repairs to the supply line and checked the ice maker because the ice maker had frozen up and we didn't know it.
