    If I could rate them less than 1 I would. They have horrible customer service. Had the same issue with my stove 3 times which is under warranty. The 2nd time they did no diagnostics and just ordered parts. The 3rd time they came out and said there was nothing they could do and the stove is working fine. Which, it worked great for 9 months then quit heating like it should. They 3rd time the tech came out. Turned the stove on for less than 30 seconds and said nothing is wrong with it. Wouldn’t listen, wouldn’t do anything and then proceeded to raise his voice at me in my own kitchen. Called Costco back and they are now refusing to come out and address the problem. Told me I need to call whirlpool. I have never had such horrible customer service from a repair place in my life. Incredibly rude, confrontational, and incompetent in the ability to perform any actual diagnostics. Never even pulled the stove at all. DO NOT use them if you have a choice. I’ve had several appliance repair experiences, nothing like this. Save yourself the headache and do not trust them.
