The tech Cutler was above and beyond well educated in the grinder pump put my helped with lots of questions that other plumbers could not answer. I highly recommend.

Jace was a blessing. He came out and and went right to work on the problem.I had consulted three other plumbers that didn’t know what to do. My duct work leading to the water heater and the furnace was filled with debris and wasp. This was causing my water heater pilot light to be extinguished. Thank you again Jace .

We had a gas leak this week and the gas company turned off everything before we could even get a plumber out to fix it. I called 3 other companies who wouldn’t give me a time slot until 3 days out, even with the freezing temperatures and our gas heat out. Bryan came out day one and spent time with us letting us know what’s going on and getting us on a packed schedule the next day even though they were booked. Then the manager himself, Mike, came out and worked for two days to get everything fixed and working again. Every single member of the company that I spoke to went above and beyond and were so kind and understanding about this emergency. Everyone needs to put them at the top of your list to call. They also have a yearly maintenance plan to help prevent these issues! Go support this amazing company!

Rapid Response was awesome! I called 5 companies and only 2 other companies even answered the phone. The others wanted to charge $100 or more just to come do an estimate. Rapid response not only gave me an estimate but checked all my plumbing for next to nothing. Such great value. And Aaron C, the tech who came by was awesome. It was the end of the day, and I felt like he was really thorough, wasn’t in a rush and was just a pleasure to have in our home. Thank you guys!!

Rapid response did not price gouge as other plumbers I called. Some plumbers wouldn’t even give me a price for maintenance over the phone. They came quickly and their home insurance plan is great and includes 2 HVAC maintenance visits and 1 water heater maintenance visit with extra perks. (The 3 visits are less than the cost of one visit via other price-gouging companies). Don’t be afraid to say “NO” to price-gougers! I will be using them for rest of life.

We can’t praise him enough for his strong work ethic and his demeanor and his kindness. He is very knowledgeable about the company and about plumbing issues in general. It is obvious that he puts the customer first with how he treats you and in answering all the questions that we have. He certainly is an asset to your company.
