Drake and Tyler did a wonderful job replacing a leaking water heater. They arrived on time, cleaned up after they were finished and texted me. It has now been six days, and the tenants have not contacted me with any problems. I would definitely use Rapid Response again!

Jack came to our home to check out a few of our power outlets that had been tripping and was incredibly helpful. Professional, knowledgeable, and quick with our issue which gave us a ton of peace of mind! Highly recommend this company and Jack in particular.

My HVAC unit was not working on Thanksgiving. I messaged the company on Thumbtack & received a response call right away even though it was a holiday. Two technicians, Justin & Vance, were able to come out the next day. They were professional & knowledgeable. The company was able to install a new HVAC unit the following day. The installer, Jessi, was also very nice. The company also gave me a few additional days to pay after it was installed which I was very grateful about. I highly recommend Rapid Response!

Rapid Response lived up to its name with us, scheduling a technician visit very quickly. The communication regarding timing is excellent including a geolink tracking the technician’s arrival. Tyler our plumber was terrific, very knowledgeable and friendly. Pricing was reasonable for our project.

Vance came to help us install a thermostat that we couldn’t figure out the wiring for. Turns out the thermostat was bad/ didn’t work. He returned the next day when another thermostat we bought and installed ourselves wouldn’t power on and got it working. Minus one star as I was NOT happy that Rapid Response’s answering service did not introduce itself as AI and caused a very confusing/ frustrating interaction. I strongly believe AI needs to be clearly disclosed any time it is being used or I am being forced to interact with it.

Jay Hatch did a great job resolving my A/C issue
Punctual, Knowledgeable, communicated well and even took before/after photos and sent to me so I could see exactly what he did. Then he added a little preventative step so it won’t soon happen again. Very Professional Service!

Gary showed up day of an emergency, which was great. My reasoning for 3 stars is he failed to follow up the next day as promised. My system was frozen and he left it dismantled to thaw but never showed up to finish the job.

I’d consider giving them another chance but this was a bit of a letdown. Hopefully others have a better experience!
