Harley was professional that arrived on time and completed fixing the problem quickly due to his plumbing work experiences of decades. I highly recommend him.

I had a fantastic experience with Jace, the technician who came to check my air conditioning unit. Despite being only 19 years old, he displayed professionalism and confidence beyond his years. He was incredibly personable, greeted me with a warm smile, and made the entire service experience comfortable and pleasant.

He thoroughly inspected the unit, provided clear and helpful recommendations, and never once pressured me into making immediate decisions. His honest and respectful approach was truly refreshing. I sincerely hope he continues to grow in his career because he has all the qualities of a successful professional. Highly recommend his services!

Called on a Saturday, within a minute through the customer service wait, a lady quickly sent a tech, Justin, knew his stuff, acknowledged the issue, had to order a part, but within days, issue resolved. Couldn’t ask for a better technician.

We had a minor toilet issue we could not fix ourselves and it was so quick and easy to schedule and they took care of our issue extremely fast. Would definitely recommend!

Justin C. was on time and went and above and beyond to fix the issue even though it wasn’t an easy one. You could tell he was very well-trained and knew exactly what he was doing and exactly how to fix it and did so on the spot versus having to make another appt in the future. 10/10 would recommend.

David was our technician and he did a wonderful job. We needed an emergency fix and he was super prompt, transparent about our options and gave us the space to figure out the best solution. Within a few hours our leak was fixed because of his professionalism. Highly recommend this company and most importantly, David. Thank you for getting us back to normal life.

Rapid response definitely lives up to its name with an immediate reply and next day appointment. I worked with Vance Watkins and he was quick to solve the immediate issue to get my ac back up and running. Unfortunately, there were deeper issues with the house causing my ac issues but Vance backed up his diagnosis with readings and indisputable evidence, he was patient and very knowledgeable with all my questions, and I felt like I could really trust him and his recommendations. I hope I do not have more issues with my HVAC but if I do, I will make sure to use Rapid response and hope I get to work with Vance

I highly recommend Rapid Response! I reached out and they came out the very next day because there was a burning smell coming from our vents. Turns out it’s just the dust burning off, but they were very thorough in checking our units to make sure there were no serious issues. We ended up subscribing to their membership plan to stay on top of the maintenance and it’s very affordable. Very very happy with them and couldn’t recommend more!
