I had two large trees which were causing a hazard for multiple houses. Despite the fact that the weather had been against us, Jason took the first opportunity he could and brought out his team to remove the trees and do some other work with a different tree. They worked in a safe and efficient manner, and it took less than 3 hours with an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will contact them again if I need more work done.

We had Big Orange Tree Service come out and take out like 12 trees and they did an excellent job! We are very happy with the services received from them. I highly recommend!

Getting a quote was fast and easy. By far the best price out of 4 different places. The problem comes from actually getting them here. It took almost two months to finally get them out here. The problem is they basically have a list of jobs and work through it- so you’re not sure when they will get to you because they don’t give you a date. They give you a “we might make it out today” and then they don’t- so if you don’t work from home, book someone else. There were two weeks towards the end when we were told we were next, or first thing- and yea, there was rain and that definitely impeded it- but we didn’t feel like a priority. We got 100 off the cost of the job for the delays, so I appreciate the recognition of the delay and that’s why I am giving 4 instead of 3 stars. That all being said, the crew was friendly and got the job done quickly. If you can afford to wait on the job being done whenever, book with them because the price is good. If it’s urgent, probably best to go elsewhere.

After a neighbor's tree fell on our house, 2 days later within 15 min. after I called, Jason was at the house. The crew was professional, considerate, and efficient. They had the tree cut up and hauled off in 1 1/2 hours. They had to move a bluebird house with babies in it. I was able to put it back and apparently the babies are fine because the adult birds have been in and for two days.

I would recommend them for any tree work.

Love the work they did on my parents house in Oak Ridge. Love that they are local and are high in integrity. You guys make Oak Ridge a better place to be! Glad I found a reliable tree service in Oak Ridge!

I absolutely would highly recommend Big Orange for your tree service needs. They took down a very large tree yesterday, which, if it had fallen the wrong way, would have cut off TVA main feeder lines, felled the other way, it would have taken out my neighbors house. They did a great job, quickly done, and not only cleaned up the mess in my neighbors yard, but reseeded it as well. They are a great group of workers and I will have them back soon for some trees on the other property line, that need to come down. Thanks Guys, for the great work!

Jason’s crew did a great job removing several large trees from our property. We had a giant tree that the original owners had built the deck around and over the years it had started to lean and large branches would fall off. I don’t know how they cut that tree down without taking out our home but they did it! His crew works hard and they do a great job with clean up as well. We will definitely use them again!

When a very large tree came down breaking the board fencing in the horse pasture, Big Orange Tree team came out within a couple of days so the horses did not have to stay in their small
paddock. They cleaned up the area beautifully too! My sons repaired the fencing so all

Jason and his crew have taken down several trees on my property. Two of them were within feet of the house. They did a fantastic job, were professional, and cleaned up afterwards. They inspected other trees and made recommendations. I feel comfortable with them and appreciate their communication and thoroughness of their job. I would recommend them as they are the only tree company I will be using.

Jason and the guys showed up when they said they would be here. Their work was very professional and everything done was agreed upon. Good teamwork with the guys doing the job. Clean up was excellent. Will use them again and recommend them for your tree service.

Matt and his crew hauled off about 3 or 4 truckloads of tree debris left by previous owner of my home. They also cut down 20 trees that i was afraid could fall on the house with bad weather. Matt was on time, honest, work was done as he said it would be, and no games or BS with price. Great job and his team are my only tree guys!!

Jason and his team completed a 100' tree removal, 6 large trees cleaned up, cropped and chipped, and a clean up of a large overgrown area on time and in budget. Big Orange Tree showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and were very kind and helpful. Will absolutely use them again!

Wow, is what I say! These guys are the best forget all the rest!! If you need tree work they are the ones to call.
We had a tree come down on Saturday and had two more that needed to come down. I called them on Monday morning and within 2 minutes they called back (I first called another company that never called me back). I was told that Jason will be out in the afternoon. Sure enough as promised Jason was there. He looked around and had an idea of which trees needed to come down before we said a thing.
By evening we had a very reasonable quote which we eagerly accepted. They said by the end of the week they could get out to remove the downed tree but might take a couple of weeks for the other trees. That was all fine with us. However, they finished up a job earlier than expected and came out the next day. Within six hours they had all trees down, stumps ground, fence put back up and the place cleaned up. The crew all worked together seamlessly and tirelessly.
I wish I had taken pictures because the trees were huge and we had several structures close by and they did it all without a scratch on any of our buildings.
They are without a doubt the best in our area (we’ve used 3 other tree companies before and Big Orange is by far superior than the rest). If you need tree work call them now! I honestly can’t say enough good things about them!!

This company is 5 stars all the way. They came in and removed 4 big trees. All of these trees were in tricky spots and required skill to remove safely. This crew went above and even removed some additional vegetation. Every single crew member was respectful and hardworking. You will get honest prices, amazing work and respect! Highly recommend Big Orange Tree Service. These guys did a great job removing three large trees on our property that were endangering our barn. The team worked safely, efficiently, and in sync with each other. Communication was great throughout the estimation and scheduling process. Big Orange performed a service for me a few months ago (could have sworn I wrote a review). They were prompt, efficient, friendly, quick and clean! Very fair pricing to boot!!

They took down a couple of really big trees, trimmed a couple others, no issues at all, they made it look like a play date - super amazing team!!
