My husband and I would highly recommend Big Orange Tree Service. We dealt with quite a few tree service companies to get quotes on tree removal before being referred by a friend to Big Orange Tree Service. The other companies were either non-responsive, slow to respond and/or sketchy. Jason and Matthew were great to work with and provided a reasonable quote. Their crew was polite and professional and very efficient. They also went above and beyond to clean everything up before leaving. We will definitely use their services again and will be sure to recommend them to friends and family.

I’ve used BIg Orange Tree Service on numerous occasions and I could not be happier with their services. Jason will show up when he says he will and will do what he says he will do. They always leave the yard in as a good a shape as they found it and are respectful of your property. If you need trees taken down don’t hesitate to give BOTS a call.

Big Orange Tree Service has done a few jobs for us and each time has been perfect. The team is communicative and professional, prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent. They always provide great feedback on the job plan and I fully trust their recommendations - they don’t upsell at every turn and do a great job explaining the plans. The only company I’ll call for tree service.

Arrived on time to perform 4 tree removal
2 were old 50ft and near power lines and 2 30ft near deck. Excellent Service by very skilled crew. Work was efficient and cleanup excellent. Highly recommend

Thank you to the folks at Big Orange Tree Service. This is the second job we've contracted with them. We had been concerned about a few large trees leaning over our home and parking area for years. In a few hours, Big Orange had them safely to the ground. We were pleased with the safety protocols used by the team and the full clean-up on our property once the trees were down. The Big Orange office crew kept us up to date as weather conditions adjusted our project date. The quote for the job was reasonable and the service exceeded our expectations in quality and speed.

Big Orange Tree Service is a fantastic company! The company visited our home and gave us a detailed quote of what they would do. Big Orange scheduled a convenient time to do the job and told us what they would do. On the morning of the job they arrived promptly at 8 and completed the job. Overall they removed around 25 trees and ground up the stumps. I’ve used another Knoxville tree service for years and I thought they were good but Big Orange Tree Service is so much better! I was amazed by the equipment they have and the quality of their employees. The Big Orange Crew is highly professional and friendly. Amber was wonderful! She deep cleaned our entire house and did an excellent job.
Whenever we've used other cleaners come, we've had to search for "hidden" items. Items they didn't know where to put one they cleaned. Not with Amber... she took the time and was courteous enough to place our stuff back exactly where she found it! No hide & seek! Yay!!
Even a week later, my nephew dropped, and his first comment about our floors were how clean they were!

I live in a 1000sq foot apartment complex that is on the older side. A lot of it can be difficult to clean and work with as it was built in the 1940s. I really needed some help getting it clean and saw A & B online and decided to give them a call. Amber was able to get me scheduled the next morning at 9am. She arrived right at 9 and worked non stop for about 5 hours. I'm amazed. My apartment looks brand new and smells amazing. Amber was also fun to talk with and very polite and kind. This will be the first place I call to get a cleaning done in oak ridge. Thank you so much Amber for helping me out today.

Brandon and his team just completed work prepping and installing sod. They performed the work per their timeline, communicated very well, and did excellent work. Their flexibility with my changing requirements was stellar. Honestly, I kept adding scope and they just kept meeting my needs. Additionally, they provided clear guidance to information for long term success of my lawn, even for areas where we will be self-performing. I am extremely happy with the work they completed and expect to add additional work in the very near future.
