My Goodman unit decided to stop working during our recent heat wave. James was sent out within 3 days to save us from this ridiculous heat! He was punctual, very informative and nice to speak with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Everyone else was booked out far in advance so I would have melted by the time 3 weeks rolled around. Thank you guys so much!

My unit was not shutting off and not communicating with the thermostat, called Adkins and James Preti came out to evaluate. After some time he came and told me there was no issue with my unit, even though it is still running continuously, and suggested that I have HUB come out and make sure there is enough voltage coming to the house. HUB came out and said there was no issue. This forced me to get a second opinion and I called Pioneer. The guy that came out from Pioneer found the problem within 10 minutes and fixed the problem the same day! Overall, I would NOT recommend using Adkins, you will just be wasting your time and money like I did! They are not helpful and clearly not educated enough on how to identify and fix issues with an hvac.

John called before he showed up, due to my work schedule. He was cool, quick, and knowledgeable. Found the problem, explained the problem, fixed the problem. Time wasn't wasted. In then out and it didnt hurt the wallet.

Brad was our tech that came out to help when our heat was not working properly. He was very respectful and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. Highly recommend!

I ask him if he could reprogram the thermostats for me which he did in record time with no problems. James was friendly, knowledgeable, listened to our needs and explained everything so we could understand it. Adkins has my business from now on.
