This is the second time we have used ARS. They are extremely professional, efficient, and very nice. They will be my first call from now on.

If I could rate them less than 1 I would. They have horrible customer service. Had the same issue with my stove 3 times which is under warranty. The 2nd time they did no diagnostics and just ordered parts. The 3rd time they came out and said there was nothing they could do and the stove is working fine. Which, it worked great for 9 months then quit heating like it should. They 3rd time the tech came out. Turned the stove on for less than 30 seconds and said nothing is wrong with it. Wouldn’t listen, wouldn’t do anything and then proceeded to raise his voice at me in my own kitchen. Called Costco back and they are now refusing to come out and address the problem. Told me I need to call whirlpool. I have never had such horrible customer service from a repair place in my life. Incredibly rude, confrontational, and incompetent in the ability to perform any actual diagnostics. Never even pulled the stove at all. DO NOT use them if you have a choice. I’ve had several appliance repair experiences, nothing like this. Save yourself the headache and do not trust them.

Andrew was our professional repair person. He is very precise with his diagnosis and eager to fix the problem and considered gas safety issues as a priority .. I was very pleased that he used materials to properly protect my flooring. I highly recommend him for any appliance repair services in your home!

My appointment was made through Whirlpool so I had no experience with ARSI. Our technician, Steve, was timely, efficient and knowledgeable. Fingers crossed for no additional repairs on a fairly new product but I wouldn’t hesitate to use ARSI again.

Andrew came out to our home for an electric stove top issue. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem immediately and will be getting it fixed shortly.

Our clothes washer and dryer crapped out the day we returned from vacation. After checking the reviews I decided to try APS. The appointment was made with minimum wait. The service tech was clean, and very knowledgeable. They had all of the parts to make our repair. It was very quick,

Our technician made the diagnosis pretty quickly. Unfortunately the high cost of the part verses the cost of a new washing machine negated spending more money on the old washer. The technician was very knowledgeable and quick to get us the truth of the matter which means we have to replace instead of repair. Thanks brother.
