Charlie Martin and his company Heritage Pools does great work! They have beautiful work, and I like the fact that Charlie is on top of the process from the very beginning and not afraid to get his hands dirty.

We moved to Tn. In Nov. got a big 27,000 gal. Saltwater pool. We were told to deal with a certain Co. As they knew the pool and parts. Bad move. We let them open it, the guy that knew where everything was, never came, rushed thru, gave us no info. We just called Herritage, OMG!!! Like night and day!!
Jerry, the AWSOME service guy saw we needed new sand in filter, new salt system, was not pushy and super nice. He's going to get us thru the summer, then we will have new system put In by them.
Mind you, he just left today, wasn't sure when he could come back, just got off phone, he's coming back out TODAY! Said its going to be hot, know you got grandkids coming, I'll fix you right up.
Wish we would have called here first. Now we can enjoy our great back yard. GOD BLESS Heritage Pools.

We have had our pool a few years now and we LOVE it! HPC was awesome to work with! My family HIGHLY recommends them for any swimming pool, patio, spa, or whatever your needs are. Charlie and his group of professionals will make it happen!

I scheduled an appointment with heritage pools and took a day of vacation and “Charlie” sent a text that said he wasn’t coming. I told him I had took a whole day of my vacation to meet him and he sends a text at the appointment time, don’t even call like a decent professional should. Wouldn’t answer my calls to see if he was gonna come later even. I’m just glad I’m not gonna be depending on these people with my 100grand

Made Appointment for 10 am on 8-12-21. Called half hour before to confirm meeting location and lady who answered said "Sorry, he is somewhere else and can't make it" Said she could schedule to meet again 30 DAYS LATER! Are you kidding. Based on the reviews it looks like this was a good pool builder 5 years ago but recent reviews indicate TROUBLE.

Charlie and his crew did a great job! They built a gorgeous pool and deck extension for us and the project exceeded our expectations. And the one stop shopping for the pool and deck addition was a plus. I would highly recommend them! They really came through for us!!!

Great Service! The ladies in the office are so nice and professional, and the crew did an excellent job on our pool. They were clean and respectful and l would recommend them to my friends and family.

I scheduled service to have Heritage check a leak on our pool filter. They tech showed up on the appointed day (Monday), but left. I called the office and they had the tech call me. He told me that he could not diagnose the leak in they rain, but would "keep me in his file" and come back. On Friday morning (after three beautiful days) I called the office to ask about the status. They told me "he is coming today" and apologized for me not receiving a call. At 4:50 that evening I called again because he had not showed. They could not reach the tech on the phone, and could not tell me why he didn't show, or if/when he would. The woman at the office said "I don't blame you if you call someone else".

Made an appointment to have pool opened. On day of appointment I called at 1:30 to get an estimate of when they would be here. I was told that they were busy and would get to me when they can. It is now 6:05pm and no one has shown up. I’m not understanding how they ever got good reviews! The lady on the phone sounded like she didn’t even know she was answering a business phone and had no idea what was going on. Unfortunately they were recommended by another pool company because of the type of pool I have. I’ll keep shopping around until I can find someone. May be next year before the pool is open!!

I’ve been using this place for 4 years. This review is long overdue. This is the same pool company that built my pool in the 70s.

I read the bad reviews and cannot relate. I think people don’t realize how busy they are due to how many new pools are being built in Knoxville - along with the fact that it’s hard to find good help.

These guys know what they are doing and always get the job done right. The office is also always nice and helpful.

In my recent experience this year I had multiple issues and they went above and beyond and taught me a lot in the process, so I wanted to pay them back with this review. I’ve never once been disappointed. Thank you Heritage Pools!
