The electrical work itself was excellent—done to code, professional, and the crew showed up on time. My complaints have nothing to do with the workmanship, but with the way the company handled communication and customer service. I was left cleaning up after them every time they came, which I didn’t expect given the size of the project. When they missed a scheduled day, I called for an update and the office staff actually hung up on me. Later, the owner told me he reviewed the call and that both sides were “at fault,” which I found wildly unprofessional. As a business owner myself, I would never excuse an employee hanging up on a client, no matter how frustrated the client may be. On top of that, when the job was left without outlet covers, I was told they didn’t really want to come back because they had already done “extra work.” His tone made it clear they weren’t interested in finishing, so I installed the covers myself just to be done with it. What’s most disappointing is that I had originally planned to use them for more work upstairs, which ended up being over $5,000 of additional business I gave to another company. Had my experience with them been handled with professionalism and respect, they would have kept not only that job but also my future business and referrals. Response to owners comment below this review: Thank you for the public reply. I wanted to share my perspective because, while I appreciate the professional tone here, it feels different from the private phone conversation I previously had with the owner. The tone and content of that call and this public response don’t seem to align, which makes it difficult for me to fully sense the same level of sincerity expressed here. To be clear, I’m not questioning anyone’s intentions — I simply want to point out that the private and public communications have felt inconsistent from my experience. My hope is that this feedback is genuinely taken into consideration so that future clients have an even better experience, especially those who make a significant investment in your services. For full transparency, I have no objection to the company sharing any details relevant to my project or experience if they feel it’s necessary to provide additional context. I have nothing to hide and stand by what I’ve shared. This will be my final comment on the matter, and my only intention is to provide honest feedback that might help improve communication and client satisfaction going forward.
