Amazing experience with Jordan today. Arrived on time, personable and professional! Installed 2 lights and the price was very fair.

The electrical work itself was excellent—done to code, professional, and the crew showed up on time. My complaints have nothing to do with the workmanship, but with the way the company handled communication and customer service. I was left cleaning up after them every time they came, which I didn’t expect given the size of the project. When they missed a scheduled day, I called for an update and the office staff actually hung up on me. Later, the owner told me he reviewed the call and that both sides were “at fault,” which I found wildly unprofessional. As a business owner myself, I would never excuse an employee hanging up on a client, no matter how frustrated the client may be. On top of that, when the job was left without outlet covers, I was told they didn’t really want to come back because they had already done “extra work.” His tone made it clear they weren’t interested in finishing, so I installed the covers myself just to be done with it. What’s most disappointing is that I had originally planned to use them for more work upstairs, which ended up being over $5,000 of additional business I gave to another company. Had my experience with them been handled with professionalism and respect, they would have kept not only that job but also my future business and referrals.

I wanted to share my perspective because, while I appreciate the professional tone here, it feels different from the private phone conversation I previously had with the owner. The tone and content of that call and this public response don’t seem to align, which makes it difficult for me to fully sense the same level of sincerity expressed here.

To be clear, I’m not questioning anyone’s intentions — I simply want to point out that the private and public communications have felt inconsistent from my experience. My hope is that this feedback is genuinely taken into consideration so that future clients have an even better experience, especially those who make a significant investment in your services.

For full transparency, I have no objection to the company sharing any details relevant to my project or experience if they feel it’s necessary to provide additional context. I have nothing to hide and stand by what I’ve shared. This will be my final comment on the matter, and my only intention is to provide honest feedback that might help improve communication and client satisfaction going forward.

Atomic Electric and Jordan were great. Very professional and pleasant to work with. He spent the day changing out floodlights, kitchen and garage lights. Highly recommended.

3rd job recently completed for me by Atomic Electric Service. This job involved installation of 4 new power outlets on the exterior of my home. Jordan was right on time and as always a pleasure to be around. He completed the work safely and efficiently with no issues at all. I highly recommend Jordan and Atomic Electric!

We were having issues with our main breaker tripping at random. After looking at the BBB for electrical contractors, I called Atomic. They were fantastic! Even got us in days earlier than our initial appointment.

I am very thankful that Atomic Electric Service came out to replace ceiling fans, replacing a chandelier with a new light fixture, and replacing a bad outlet on the back deck outside with a new GFI outlet. Photos are of the new ceiling fans, light fixture and new outlet.

Jordan and Dave are courteous and very professional, they answered any questions that my wife or I had. Both of them ensured everything was installed correctly, working properly, and ensured my wife and I were satisfied with the work that was performed.

Atomic Electric Service sent two excellent electricians to do a job that I needed done. . Jeremy and Landon were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and kind. Can’t say enough about my experience with them.

Owen did two services for us. He replaced a fixture above our bathroom sink and he along with several colleagues, put in a dedicated circuit for our new hot tub. They were professional, on time, and nice to deal with. We would certainly recommend atomic to our friends.
