When I was having basement problems repaired the tech observed a big leak and must repair immediately. I called Cove Creek Plumbing. I was a new customer and they treated me like a old friend. Cove Creek Plumbing came out right away and fixed the leak quickly, professionally and the price was unbelievably fair. I totally would recommend Cove Creek Plumbing.

Cove Creek Plumbing was recommended to me by another Sevierville cabin owner. Our shower faucet was broken and they came right out (during a turn of departing guest and arriving guest) and took great care of us. Great customer service. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

My wife & I own a vacation rental cabin in Wears Valley. We were searching for a local plumbing company to do some routine maintenance and repair at the cabin from the wear & tear of our guests. Cove Creek Plumbing was recommended to us, and I am so glad they were! The 2 plumbers were on time and very professional. They gave us an estimate on the work they were to perform, and after we approved the estimate, they had the work completed in a timely manner. We will definitely use Cove Creek Plumbing again for our future plumbing needs!

If you want excellent work done call these folks. Amber was a joy to talk with when I first called to set up the job. I had two issues a slow draining kitchen sink, and a leaking bathroom sink. Jacob was the TEC that was sent. He was very nice and knew what he was doing. Explained that the leak was in the faucet and showed me that he couldn't fix it. HAD to get a new one and they would come and install it. He went to the kitchen sink found that the pipes were full of grease! (Don't put grease down your sink). The owners before must have done that for years. Because the lines were plugged in the wall. He tried to snake the plug out but didn't work so he then presser blew out the line. When I got my new bathroom sinks faucets Tim was the one that came out and installed. Tim also was very nice and knew his job and very friendly. After he left I noticed a line had a little dripping going on called and Tim was right back and took care of it. Two days later I noticed kitchen sink was a little slow draining called and Jacob came back out checked it and repressed blew the lines again. All under there warranty made sure it was not clogged anymore. They take great care of you and take pride of there work. On time let you know when there on the way to the house. I highly recommend Cove Creek plumbing. Fast service friendly, experienced, and fair charges. If I ever need a plumber again I would call them immediately. Good people!!!!!

Back in January of this year when we hit single digit temperatures, one of our properties suffered what was thought to be a main line pipe failure. Their attention to detail found where nearly every pipe in our property had completely shattered. They replaced, insulated and fixed everything in less than a day. This company is the one I recommend to anyone who needs anything plumbing done from the simplest repair to the job we ran into.

They did a wonderful job. Professional, courteous, timely and professional.

One of the best plumbing businesses I’ve ever used! Located the leak in my bathroom and fixed it, was very professional! Definitely going to be using them anytime I need my plumbing done! The man Zach was very nice and professional number one go to guy!!

After the great Freeze of Christmas 2022, we came across Cove Creek Plumbing through a Google search and took a chance that the great reviews were true. They were. After the backup cleared, we were able to get them to come out and do an evaluation of our plumbing under our cabin and to see if there was a way to prevent the main waterline from freezing up again. They gave us a quote and set up a time to come and do the updates within the week. Jake was great to work with and took great care of our place. I'm glad that we have them as part of our team.

The service was prompt and the associates were great! They did an awesome job replacing my bladder tank and cleaning up after themselves! They also installed my new kitchen sink and fix an issue I was having in my bathroom sink. I have recommended them to friends and I would hire them again!

They responded quickly. I needed to have a gasline rerouted. I was very satisfied with the work that they did.

Tucker came by to help us with plumbing issues. He assessed the whole issue, communicated with us the whole time, and gave us a fair quote. We would recommend plumber in a box to anyone.

Called them after a recommendation from a Facebook group. My technician, Tucker, did a very thorough inspection of my plumbing system and actually discovered I had a gas leak from my water heater. Very impressed with his attention to detail and the price was fair as well.

I love them!! Our rental cabin would randomly have an odor in the basement. I called them and they were very quick to respond back and get an appointment set up. I received a referral for these folks and called with little time to affect a repair at a rental location with incoming guests. They were extremely professional and efficient s editing a same day service on the front end.

On the repair side, they were hours earlier than expected, found additional issues that averted future emergencies, communicated everything clearly on the phone and on an estimate and completed everything well before my guests arrived. They also provided helpful pictures that save us much time on our septic servicing the following day.

We had them out on a call and they worked until well after dark determining the problem. The price charged was extremely reasonable for a long job that lasted two days. They will now be my go-to plumbers!

100% Five Stars…the staff is super friendly and helpful, the techs are prompt, professional and very communicative (and also very friendly!)…I haven’t had anything but positive experiences with Cove Creek and would highly recommend them. I own several vacation homes, so things come up every so often that need repair or attention, and Cove Creek is always my first call. I’m so glad to have a company that not only does quality work, but is a joy to work with as well! :)

Arrived on schedule, worked quickly to correctly diagnose problem with well pump. I had to call another company for the well pump replacement but am quite pleased with plumber in a box! & Will call on them if needed again.

Decided to get an estimate since other companies wanted to raw dog me. Cove Creek not only gave the best prices, but were very professional from start to finish! Zach, the wrench slinger, was very courteous and respectful towards us, and to my home. Definitely recommend!!
