When I was having basement problems repaired the tech observed a big leak and must repair immediately. I called Cove Creek Plumbing. I was a new customer and they treated me like a old friend. Called to snake out a clogged toilet. They would not price me till they looked at it with a $65 service call. We'll they verified clogged toilet and gave me a crazy $810 price to fix. Needless to say I declined and called someone else with a much lower cost.
We had a great experience with Cove Creek Plumbing. They fixed both of our leaks and were very professional. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. Kris and Jake were very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing.
If you try to use this company via home warranty, don't bother. They were professional, yes. They were on time, yes. However, when trying to get my repairs done I've been told 3 different stories. Technicians told me they couldn't get through and boss called and was told to pack up and can't do anything since nothing was authorized. Called the office and was told claim was denied.... thought you couldn't get through? Warranty place says job was refused. But you were able to take my deposit with no problem. If you don't work with certain home warranty, then why take the job!!!??? I've been waiting 2 weeks to get repairs!!!!! Now I have to wait again!!!!! Signed a very angry mother.
