License plate number 4cp 3196 white van ladder racks quality sticker/magnet on the side. Threw a coke bottle of some sort all over my car at 8:53 pm Wednesday November 26th on interstate 40 right at the Morristown interstate 81 split. I assume he was angry because I was in front of him in the fast lane. Absolutely ridiculous of a company like this to allow employees to act this way in public in company vehicles!! The sheriffs office was notified of the event.

I just have to say.... That without the professional and quality work provided by Walter in plumbing and Trey in HVAC I would have lost my mind. I am currently trying to close on my dad's home after he passed, and Quality has been there not only over the last year but for several years with my dad. From the front office staff to dispatch to the happy calls after the completion of a job. Meghan, Cortney, Sarah and I am sure I forgotten someone, but they are all true ROCKSTARS as customer service goes. Walter in plumbing came out to address a pressure issue, resolved it then came back out when I was unable to install some bathroom faucets. He was professional, kind and the type of person you wished you had as a friend. Thank you, Walter, for your hard work and understanding. Trey in HVAC had to crawl the length of the home just to diagnose the issue, then with a smile went on to repair all the issues he found. Thanks to Trey for resolving the final issue that would have stopped the closing. Trey is professional and a 5 Star kind of Guy. Again, I know this is long, but you can never say too much good about a company when you find one Like Quality. I Would not only recommend them to anyone in the area but wish they were in my hometown. Thank you to the whole Quality Team. Shawn

Had to get a new air conditioning system installed. Chris and Colby were awesome to deal with. Great communication throughout the process.

This latest review covers multiple visits from members of Quality's service team over a period of 3 different days. I placed a call on 5/29/25 because the coil in my air handler was icing over. Courtney dispatched Trey and he was able to arrive on site in a matter of just a few hours. I was impressed and relieved. Sadly, Trey showed me what the issue was - a pretty severe leakage of coolant from the coil, that had apparently been going on for a while because of the evidence of corrosion and oily accumulation in the trough under the coil assembly. My heart sank as a little voice in my head told me that I was going to be needing a new HVAC system. Trey called on Tanner Thompson, who was able to come out the same day to talk to me about options. Tanner was extremely detailed and informative. I made a decision on which unit to purchase and Tanner checked to see if there was one in stock or if it would need to be ordered. As it turned out, there was one in stock and it could be installed the next day. Jeremiah and Trevor arrived first thing in the morning and got to work removing the old air handler unit from the garage and disconnecting the old heat pump unit from outside. I felt badly that they had to work in the rain for a part of the day, but they told me that if they weren't doing it at my house, they'd be doing it at someone else's. They worked a good, solid day. they installed the new thermostat and explained all of its features. When they left everything was functioning perfectly. Clearly, Jeremiah and Trevor are well versed in the HVAC installation process. The package that I purchased included a duct cleaning. Freddy and Colby arrived a couple of days later to perform that service. They arrived on time, as I knew they would. The process was very interesting and they did not mind me tagging along from room to room to watch. First the ran a camera up into the duct system from each register in the house. They recorded several photos of each run. Next, they ran the cleaning brush and vacuum unit into each section of duct. Thirdly, the camera unit was run into the duct system from each register in the house to check to see if the cleaning brush missed anything. They cleaned every register vent cover before reinstalling them. they also cleaned the air return vent cover. They misted an antimicrobial solution into the system. Although the solution had an odor, it was not bad and it had completely dissipated in a matter of a couple of hours. The last thing that Freddy and Colby did was to bring in their shop-vac and vacuum up all of the debris that fell onto the floors and carpet from the process of removing and reinstalling the register vents. The only thing that could have made this entire HVAC replacement process any easier to handle would have been if the old HVAC unit had not died in the first place. So, did I want to have to spend thousands of dollars to replace my entire HVAC system? Well, NO! Did I feel that I received honest and fair pricing and good treatment from Quality? Absolutely, 100%. I know that this review is a bit long, but so is the process that it takes to remove and replace an HVAC system. I want to give credit for an awesome job to every member of the Quality Team. Thank you, Trey, Tanner, Jeremiah, Trevor, Freddy and Colby. Each of you are an asset to Quality's Team!
