When I was having basement problems repaired the tech observed a big leak and must repair immediately. I called Cove Creek Plumbing. I was a new customer and they treated me like a old friend. Cove Creek Plumbing was recommended to me by another Sevierville cabin owner. Our shower faucet was broken and they came right out (during a turn of departing guest and arriving guest) and took great care of us. Great customer service. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

Called to snake out a clogged toilet.
They would not price me till they looked at it with a $65 service call. We'll they verified clogged toilet and gave me a crazy $810 price to fix.
Needless to say I declined and called someone else with a much lower cost.
