These guys have been servicing my appliances for probably at least 18 years. They can do it with their eyes closed and if you're lucky, they might have the part on their truck. If they ever close their doors, I would just probably buy a new equipment LOL.

I called this place on May 2,2019. The man there (Ken) said they would be out that day. A man came out and checked my washing machine, he said it was the computer board. That day Ken called me to say the part was $143.75, I told him to order the part. Well he did, but instead of him ordering it straight from the manufacturer he called an appliance place that I guess they use to get their parts. It just so happened that the appliance store ( the one that they use didn’t have the part) but the manufacturer had the part. So the appliance store called GE, they shipped it to the appliance store, then it was shipped to the Tri county. It took 1 week to get the part. I hope I never need to call someone for another appliance, but I can say I would never use them again.

Fast,friendly and affordable!!I called needing to get my dry fixed.I was thinking it would be a few days and cost a fortune.Ruby asked if I wanted them to come that day and mind you it was around 1pm when I called.Told her I wouldn't be able to to it that day so she says tomorrow (Saturday)I was thinking a big fee for a service call on a weekend. She said no maam same price as every day.They showed up when they said they would and fixed my dryer in less than 20-30 mins.They service man was very friendly and answered any questions we had.I will be calling them again if I ever need appliances fixed or recommend if anyone need a service company.
