Larry has been handling our handyman and maintenance services for a couple years now. He has been very professional and has handled many different projects with perfection!

I recently had an excellent experience with Just Relax Property Services! I contacted them about an issue with my hot tub, and they quickly located the proper part and fixed the problem in no time. I had Larry and his guys come out last March of 2024 to repair my decks and place new rails through our 3 story cabin. The work was good but I’ve been trying for almost a year now to get him to come back and finish the job of painting it all. And it is impossible to get in touch with him. I have left many messages and sent many emails over the course of this year trying to get him to come finish what he started. He has not returned one call. I am very disappointed to say the least. The job was never completed and I’ve had a hard time trying to get someone else to come out Thanks Larry for not returning any of my calls or for following up with the job.

Making a edit due to Larry’s response yes you were suppose to paint all the new wood work including rails 4-6 weeks later when the wood dried out and yes I was to pay you at that time you did that which you clearly stated in the itemized summary of what was being done I could say some about the quality of the work but I will stop here other than to say if you hire him make sure he uses the appropriate screws and NOT nails because I am having to have everything redone due to nails popping out. I chose not to make that complaint initially but due to your poor reponse I figured I better warn the others
And I will not respond to any more of your responses because the evidence is there.

I’ve been using Just Relax Property Service for years for our rental. From building a kitchen island, a tongue and groove headboard for one of our rooms, screening in the front porch, hanging our outdoor lights and deck work. They really do it all. For a fair price and quality work, I can’t recommend them enough.

Seriously exceeded all expectations and an especially fast and affordable service compared to others in the area! Update: I have 3 cabins and Larry is the only team I’ve been able to count on during emergencies. I messaged him at 17 after that my dishwasher was leaking. Someone was there by 36 after and it was fixed by 51 after. It’s insane how efficient their operation is. I love that you can submit a request online and that you get updates on your service request status too!

Lack of accountability, not showing up when he said he would, and poor workmanship.

Larry was hired to fix a fireplace and install a ceiling fan on a down rod. Neither happened correctly and when the first guest complained that the fireplace still did not work, he was contacted and a no show.

Larry said he'd be there late morning/early afternoon after a current job. Larry did not show up, nor did he communicate he wasn't going that day at all. He did not go the following days, and a week later still did not contact me. He still requested payment while taking a down rod he was not asked to remove for the ceiling fan. This cost me a $63.50 refund to the guest for inconvenience and possibly an expensive down rod no longer in my possession. He's highly unprofessional and aggressive in verbal attacks.
