I was very happy with the installation of recessed lights in my studio. The installers were friendly, on time, and competed the job quicker than expected with no additional costs from their quote.
I would call them again if I have future needs.
The installers did a general project clean-up, however I wasn't quite prepared for the necessary final clean-up from the dry wall dust. Not sure it could have been avoided.

When I called Southern Electric I was expecting to get an appointment in two weeks. To my delight, It was just a couple of days. Everyone from the scheduling to bill paying were exceptional. I will use them again and recommend to my friends and neighbors.

Extremely prompt response time, and very quick to schedule which was so wonderful. Our only disappointment was pricing and what we were charged for a light switch. We had a faulty light switch in our dining room, and the technician removed/replaced it in less than five minutes.

Service and Labor are charged as a separate line item which we had absolutely no issue with. I understand that we called an electrician because we don't have the skills to do the job (which is why you charge for labor).

However were charged $89 line item for a light switch that costs no more than a few dollars at Home Depot or Lowes.

I would urge anyone who uses this company to ask about pricing beforehand. Being shown a bill for 163.00 for an appointment that lasted less than 15 minutes was just very disappointing.

We called Southern Electric of TN this morning, and they were able to get us scheduled the same day for two smaller jobs. Brandy and Jay arrived within the scheduled time frame. They were at all times polite and professional. For repair of a string of outlets, some items in the area had to be moved. They did so carefully. I was going to put everything back in place, but they handled this equally carefully and in a flash. Pricing for the jobs seemed fair. We recommend this company and team. We will definitely contact them again for electrical problems or other electrical needs.

Very happy with the work we had done by Southern Electric. Very professional and did a great job installing ceiling fans on a custom patio. Had a separate electrician back out of job because he thought it would be too hard to mount fans on this particular patio roof. These guys saved the day and made easy work of it. I highly recommend

This company is the electrical subcontractor for my bathroom remodel in Murfreesboro. I can't recommend them highly enough. "J" has come out to our house twice during this process, and both times he was polite, thorough, and did quality work. One of the things that surprised (and pleased) me the most was that he cleaned up the mess that was left behind – down to sweeping the floor! Call them for any electrical work and ask for "J" or his supervisor Robert.

installers were here when promised, worked until work was done, and showed respect and concern for my property. Work done looks very professional which is what I want since it's part of my Koi pond landscaping. They even suggested running three separate lines so if one shut down the others would still work. I highly recommend Robert's company.
