I recently moved to Spring Hill, Tennessee and had a need to hire an electrical contractor to do some electrical lighting work to display some Art. I called Southern Electric and spoke with a woman named "Tracey" who said that "Robert" would be coming to my home to provide the estimate I was seeking. Robert, who is one of the owners and a long-time electrician came out to my home promptly and provided me with a wonderfully inexpensive estimate. Within one week, electricians Jose and James arrived (on time) and dressed very professionally. They were kind, thoughtful professionals who had to cut into drywall to install switches and brackets. Afterwards, they cleaned up as if they were never here. When they gave me the final invoice, it was over $100 less than the original estimate.

If you are looking for a company that makes their money the old-fashioned way ("They Earn it"), are on time for your job, are very good at what they do and are honest, local professional electrical technicians, Southern Electric is the company that is right for you.

While doing reviews for an electrician In our area and we Found Southern Electric. We couldn’t be any happier with the service we’ve had with them. We have used them twice now in the last week to install outdoor cameras and lights in our home and they are amazing. They are the nicest people in the world. Making sure exactly what we want done in a fast and easy installation. They gave us great prices on the two jobs they’ve done for us this past week and will be using them. Hopefully it will very soon to add more lighting to our home. Their service tax were very helpful with our needs and wants and made sure to clean up Any of the mess that was made to do the installation. We are definitely happy with everything we’ve had done.

Southern Electric team did a great job installing a new GFCI breaker and outlet for a crawlspace dehumidification system. Communication was excellent regarding their visits (quote and actual work). They were prompt, efficient, courteous and professional. Very reasonable price for the work done. Team went above and beyond having to deal with wasps and really appreciated them sealing the panel up to prevent future issues with them. Outstanding job and thanks to Robert, James and Aidan for their efforts.

I am a second generation general contractor, I’ve known robert (one of the owners) since long before he owned the company, he and the whole team at southern electric do a great job, I never hesitate to call them for any electrical needs. Would highly recommend

A neighbor recommended Southern Electric and they installed a large chandelier in our two story entryway (and removed the former one), as well as installing 3 light dimmers around our house. They installed the dimmers well and expediently. The chandelier was already assembled when they arrived, but it was poorly assembled with some wire loops hanging out of it. I didn't realize those wouldn't naturally be pulled tight and resolved when they hung the chandelier, so when they finished the job, I was not satisfied as I could see some wire loops hanging out. I was concerned I would have to gear up for a fight with the company to fix it, but the electricians said they'd speak to the office and get me back on the schedule with a taller ladder so that they could fix it. Later that week, they came back out with a taller ladder and fixed it for no additional fees. Issues like this will happen, it's how the company responds and rectifies the situation that matters. I am very pleased with how promptly and professionally this company resolved the issue. I was also very pleased with the communication overall, from scheduling the appointment, notifying me if the electrician was running behind schedule and keeping me apprised of their ETA, and sending the name and photo of the electrician in advance. I am very pleased with the end result and plan to use them again in the future.

They were very quick to respond to my call regarding issue with power after ice storm. Tech Brandy was excellent and went out of her way to make sure I understood issues she encountered.

Southern Electric of TN responded quickly to my inquiry, came out and gave me a bid in a timely matter, communicated well to arrange a day to do the job, and then showed up and did an excellent job.

Brandy was very nice, very helpful, and easily explained the electrical issue. They got us back up and running with our power super quickly. Can’t thank them enough.
