I had a pipe burst underground and my neighbor suggested 5 Star. I received great service from everyone I worked with in the organization from the Administrative assistant scheduling the appointments and sending me the quotes. To the technicians who were fabulous. They were respectful of my property and provided great service timely. Even gave me a realistic price for an additional service I needed but hadn't planned on for the say. Though what I needed was expensive for my budget they did such a great job that I didn't feel taken advantage of. And the rates were in line with other companies. I appreciated their time and professionalism.

Nothing hits your daily schedule like plumbing problems. Called Five Star, came out within 24 hours, took care of the problem within an hour. Rates are so reasonable.

In the middle of this terrible ice and snow, they came out same day and managed to fix the issue within a couple hours where a pipe was leaking! Great service, the technicians were nice, and the price was reasonable.

We had a leak in our outside water line. They came quickly, determined the source, and gave us a couple of options. We chose to have the whole line replaced. They showed up 10 minutes early the next morning with everything needed for the job. They worked hard all day and were very respectful of our home and property. They even put down grass seed and straw on their way out. I would totally recommend

Two guys came and were very professional. They fixed my toilet in the basement and my sink in the bathroom upstairs. They got here early and called when they were on the way . They seemed to have fixed it right. It should have been the contractors that put it in but I gave up on them coming back after 4 months. They contractors should have done it all for free since they did it wrong but I couldn't get them to get back after they were paid. 5 star also sent me an estimate on a new toilet for another bathroom. I would recommend them and definitely be using them again.

The repairmen who came to my home were very courteous, professional and respectful. They were upfront with what I needed and gave me options and quotes.The work was completed very timely and I am very happy with results!

Mike and his helper were very professional kind. I had a clogged drain that turned into a much larger project than expected(my kitchen sink drain was still on the original gray water out into the yard). It had to be re-piped cutting through a little over 20ft of concrete. I was impressed with how neatly they cut the concrete and how well they cleaned everything up. You can really tell they take pride in their work!

They are prompt in getting there but the price for what they did was enormous. Also same with mother in law. Enormous price for a hose and 15 min work. Seniors can’t afford your prices. Will have to find someone new

I’m give 5 stars due to the knowledge and friendliness of the tech that came out. He was prompt, showed care for our property. I am retired and living on a fixed income. Their price is much higher than I can afford. So I will be looking for a better priced company.

On time, courteous, knowledgeable. Had to come back next day to put in new faucet because could not find one that matched the one he replaced. I appreciated that.

We hired five star to fix a leaking toilet. They determined the problem and replaced the part, which was a total of $225. They are always expensive, but they did do a good job with the toilet.

The plumber didn't want to go to the crawl space to turn the water shut off handle off, so he did the outside shut off to stop water from coming to the house. Right after he did that, our dishwasher randomly came on and started beeping and flashing. We were not running it, but apparently this meant there was some kind of error. After doing some investigating, the problem was most likely the sensor detecting water.

I called five star after the plumber left and they said they would send someone out the next day to look at it, but that they don't deal with appliances, so they might not be able to do anything.

The plumber came in the morning and looked at it. He said he couldn't find any problems with the hoses or anything, but after we looked at the bottom of the dishwasher together, we notice a little bit of water. Essentially, because of the water turn off, the water somehow backflowed and flooded the bottom and under our dishwasher, causing it to no longer work. The plumber said he can't really do anything to fix it and that he recommended calling an appliance handy man.

I looked up a few videos about how to remove the dishwasher - in order to clean up the water and dry it out - but the problem is that the power hookup is very hard to get to without an expert. And that keeps the dishwasher from being taken out.

All in all, we are disappointed with five star plumbing. Our dishwasher worked perfectly fine before they came, but once they shut off the water, it caused problems. I understand they needed to shut off the water in order to fix the toilet, but it would seem that they should know to turn off other lines to not cause other problems.

We are also disappointed because five star did not offer to compensate us or pay for our appliance repair after the plumber said he didn't know how to work on appliances and that we needed to hire someone else. So not only are we paying them to fix our toilet, but now we have to pay for someone to fix our dishwasher.

Great work replacing kitchen faucet. Price quoted at start. Thought it would take two hours and only took one hour. Given that, it I thought $285 was a bit high. But was otherwise very pleased.
