The entire team at Fivestar is fantastic. Trace, Jodi, Paul and the rest of the team do a great job. We have worked together on commercial jobs and they also do work for me personally and everything is always top notch. I highly recommend them and their services.

Our reps came in and made an initial diagnosis of our plumbing problem and quoted us a price. We gave them the approval but after they got into the job they found it to be a different issue, fixed it and gave us a different price which saved us about $30. I appreciate their professionalism and honesty which is why we always call Five Star for all of our plumbing issues. Thank you

Called the plumber to replace an outdoor faucet. I was referred to Five Star Plumbing by a friend. He came that day and was very friendly. He replaced the faucet and was done quickly. The rate was reasonable. I’ll definitely call Five Star Plumbing again!

The technicians were courteous and professional in their communication, which I appreciated. However, for a $100 diagnostic visit that lasted only 15-20 minutes, I expected far more. I have water leaking from my primary shower that has traveled through the wall causing damage to multiple closets. Not a single diagnostic test was performed, including something as basic as plugging the drain to test the shower pan. I was left with no answers and no direction on next steps. For the price and the severity of the issue, this visit fell well short of expectations.

Five star service from start to finish! The team was incredibly responsive and professional. They sent two technicians who clearly knew exactly what they were doing. We experienced a sewer line back-up/ clog. We were referred to 5 Star plumbing and they sent two people out the right away. They immediately went to work to find the cause and clean out each line in the house and sink line in the garage. Their maintenance and repair team were exceptional and very professional in all respects. I will continue to use this company for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them to all who may need plumbing services. 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
