My experience with Green Street HVAC was excellent. They came the same day I called. They were very efficient to get things taken care of immediately. They were very courteous and explained everything so that I could understand it. Tim answered all my questions and gave me extra information for future duct cleaning. I would highly recommend them! ☆☆☆☆☆

I called Green Street to see if they would be able to fix our AC unit that had gone out and they came out in less than 24 hrs. The company provided excellent communication to allow the costumer know that they were coming and who to expect. When the team arrived they assessed the problem and then explained in a clear way exactly what was wrong and gave multiple options of plans in how we would like to fix it. Christian and his team member did an excellent job in repairing the unit and even going a step further to make several preventive adjustments to the unit. (Putting wires in properly where they had been sloppy, glueing a pipe that was leaking). We were very happy with the work that had been done and will call upon Green Street in the future!

Had a great experience. Quickly arrived to address my issue, verified I had warranty coverage. Scheduled repair, arrived on time and kept me aware of progress throughout the job. Will definitely be a long term customer. Tyler was very professional.

Great veteran owned company. We have had 2 different technicians named Tim and Christian service our unit. Both veterans themselves. Very helpful, and knowledgeable. We have found that veterans give excellent service due to military standards that are ingrained in them. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend! Our AC quit blowing cold air, of course on the hottest day we’ve had so far. I texted the 24/7 number at 8:30pm and someone was at my door the next morning to fix it. Tim Conley was my technician and he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and gave me transparent pricing so I could make a decision on what was best for me. Hopefully I won’t have any issues anytime soon, but when something does come up I know exactly who to call.

Professional, honest, on-time and hardworking crew. I had Green Street replace our home's HVAC and ductwork. Bryce and Tim answered all my questions and explained everything along the way. Best of all they were able to get the job scheduled quickly and completed in one day. Highly recommend!

Many contractors give you a wide time span in which you can expect their arrival, then are either late in that span or late altogether. Not only was I given a narrow 2-hour window, but Tim from Green Street called me in advanced with an ETA and arrived when he said he would, at the beginning of the appointed time frame so didn’t have to wait all afternoon.

Tim was not only punctual, but he was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. This was a visit for an estimate on installing a new unit, I hope to get to work with Green Street and possibly Tim should they be successful in their bid.

Tim my technician was on time. Introduced him self he was very polite and answered my questions and concerns. He also showed me exactly what he did when he serviced my HV/AC unit. Green Street is my new HV/AC system service company.

Tim was great!!! Came on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Came in a we discussed a few options...he let me decide what I wanted to do...there wasn't any pressure on his part..it was strictly my decision. He fixed my unit fast..and we discussed him replacing my unit. I highly recommend Green Street and Tim is great. Thank you for doing a great job fast

Met with Bryce a few times over the years he is an honest & genuine experienced tec, as well as a great communicator !! He kept our old unit going until it gave out. We look forward to working with him more as our new HVAC is being installed.

This company and crew are excellent! First, when I call they actually remember our set up and help us diagnose the issue. They then work as hard as they can to get to you as quickly as they can. (There are always other customers that might have a more elevated issue, but Green Street will do everything they can to get to you ASAP.) They are extremely fair in their pricing and very upfront with what needs to be done. They have also done a great job on tracking down the issue. I highly recommend this company for your home or business.

First, I really appreciated the text message updates re: the technician's arrival, and a picture of the technician so I'd know who to look for. Second, his customer service was great. He explained the problem to me, what he was doing to fix it, and answered all my other questions with patience and professionalism. He was very conscious about not making a mess, wearing shoe covers inside, etc. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing more parts/service, but he still took the time to go through the options with me. Really great experience. As for fixing the issue, only more time will tell; but I have no reason to doubt he didn't fix the issue as he explained.

We had a new HVAC system installed in our shop and Green Street did a wonderful job. Every employee I encountered was so professional and kind, from the very first phone call to making final payment. They were able to get our system ordered and installed within a week of us accepting the estimate. It’s hard to find good communication these days and I had zero problems with communication dealing with their employees.

I would highly recommend this company without any hesitation.

Hello, so I contacted Green Street HVAC on a Monday June 23, 2025 They are in Springfield Tennessee. I had not heard of or used them before but they were courteous, polite and sounded genuinely eager to help me with my HVAC service needs, I booked an appointment with them right away based on these good vibes for two days later. I'm really glad to say that I am very pleased that I did. They sent me courteous reminders and kept me informed not too pushy just a short text. The technician came out and assessed my equipment and to my surprise he found nothing major out of the ordinary doing his checks. I know a little about HVAC, and was impressed how he got right to the evaluation process, he made multiple tests with his meter energized the condenser fan motor briefly my unit fired up, and it ran just fine, and still working super good. It only took him about 15 minutes max and he was done. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this company Green Street if you need HVAC service, five star service visit for sure

We've had Green Street come fix some problems with our HVAC a couple of times and each time they've been very professional and thorough.

This time our an unit wasn't cooling down the house and if I took before photos of the unit and inline fuse I'd post some after pictures to compare. It's an 8-9 year old unit but our home is almost 70 and I'm pretty sure the inline fuse system is original, though not likely the problem fuse. We had one of the twin fuses go out and, as they always do, we were quoted five levels of repair. The technician, Tim, also noted our refrigerant was low so he quoted fixes for that. We had them take care of both and couldn't be happier with the service.

We needed a very short notice of a fireplace inspection and certification. Done quickly and immediately and great price. Always great service on every service!

Tim was our technician today! Tim was friendly, throughout and was able to resolve our issue within an hour.

I happily recommend Green Street HVAC. The technician (Shaun S.) arrived on time - in a dangerous heatwave. He was thoughtful and knowledgeable, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Will call them again, when needed.
