I called Stuart Service because my HVAC system was using INSANE watts of energy 24/7. I'm new to TN and selected Stuart services based on google reviews; and I am happy to add my review as a pleased customer.

During his time at my home, John displayed both an immense knowledge of his trade as well as an immense heart for people.

He rewired my HVAC system and installed a new thermostat and explained all of the things I needed to know as well as the whys associated with the functioning of the unit. It was an absolute joy to talk to John while he performed the repairs because I didn't just learn about the HVAC unit, I also heard about his family and and bits and pieces of his life. He arrived as a stranger and left as a friend.

Thank you for the excellent service, John! I would welcome him back any time I need HVAC services and recommend him to anyone else needing service.

Amanda knew exactly what the problem was after being told the issue over the phone. Very professional. Reasonably priced. Excellent work. The repair man was very respectful and polite. Would definitely use then again in the future.

We had Stuarts come out for our annual ac service and cleaning. They are very knowledgeable about the system and kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I'm giving them a 2.5-3 stars which in my book means they're "ok" but nothing that exceeds expectations. Things could have gone more smoothly but nothing catastrophic happened. Our builder used them for our AC service so it's not like we had a choice. There were installation mistakes which took them a few visits to figure out but in the end it did get fixed. Again, not over the moon about their service but I guess I would recommend them.

John is very nice and polite, and very professional. I'm very happy with the work he has done, This is the first time I've worn sweat pants in my home while it's in the upper 90's outside. I highly recommend him and his team.

Called Stuart Service when my A/C went out during the hot summer, they sent Flipper out to my house. He was very efficient and knowledgeable he checked the unit over and was able to get the A/C restored in less than an hour. Very friendly service and I was extremely happy with their rates.

A motor went out on a Friday afternoon from our main unit. Within minutes I received a call back from the owner and she put in after hours support for the installation. We had it fixed by 8:30! They are so professional and we are so grateful for the quick service! Highly recommend!

Edit 10/20/2022..My heat wasn't working well..Mr.Stuart came out that afternoon & fixed it. Once again I highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable, professional & friendly.

I just sent this message to them “Don't want anyone to come out just an FYI for you but as this is the first blowing rain we have had it is leaking around your work in our attic. The duc work is terrible- used old return - instead of all new - did not stack so no room to get to other end of the house. This experience with your company is the WORST experience we have ever had. Wish we had never called you.” We bought a house and contracted Stuart to install a new unit and move the vents from the floor to the ceiling. A three day job turned into 12. Heat didn’t work when we first turned in on they had to come back. Now we have rain leaking in. Seriously the WORST experience we have ever had. I would give negative stars if I could. I do NOT recommend this company.

Mr. Stewart was very friendly, very easy to talk to, very helpful and an all around good guy! He and his crew did what they said they were gonna do and in a timely fashion! I would recommend Stewart's Heating & Air to anyone that is in need of a unit or a repair. I was very impressed with his company.

Have been doing business with Stuart Service now for over 14 yrs.They have always been fast to respond to any of my heating or cooling needs or even if I had any questions about my old or my new unit they installed .They are honest hard working people. I would highly recommend them .

Amanda and Gary are great to work with. Amanda is extremely responsive and works hard to make sure she can get you fixed asap. Gary is a very respectful and knowledgeable tech. They worked hard to get the parts necessary and get our air fixed.

An absolutely amazing emergency after hours service. We rented an airbnb and the upstairs ac was not working. He (John) came within 30 minutes. Had to fix a shorted board and a few other things. Extremely nice and courteous. Even gave us tips on places to go. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

After initially talking with Amanda and leaving a couple messages over a couple weeks to get back with me in coordinating an initial appointment upon return of their technician from leave, Stuart Service Inc. couldn’t make time to call me back nor schedule me as a new customer. I had to move on to another company that wanted my money. I’m an easy to please customer who never gives reviews, so extra effort on my part to help you find better/best customer service which I feel is lacking at Stuart Service Inc. Not a great first impression and I hope this businesses can improve its customer service for long term viability!

We had called our property manager about a cooling issue upstairs in our duplex and Stuart service showed up within 30 mins of the call! I have had to get service before at other places we have lived and sometimes it has taken days to get a repairman out here. They were responsive and very professional. The owner of the business actually was our serviceman and he explained everything to me very well, he answered every question I had and was very thorough in his work. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a service or repair or replacement! On top of all that he was very nice! Too often people who work in customer service aren’t good with people. That is not the case here. 10/10

When we bought our home, it had a Bryant Evolution system, and it was never able to keep the humidity under control or the entire house comfortable. The compressor failed for a third time since it was installed originally, we opted to go with two independent Preferred systems.

John was quick to get us up and going again in the middle of September, and extremely flexible with what we wanted to do regarding installations and unit locations. His pricing was extremely reasonable for the type of units we selected, and his crew was thorough, friendly, and respectful of the house.

The units have required some individual tuning after install (just part of it going from a zone system to two individual units), and Amanda has been quick to respond and schedule John for consultation time to get things 100% to my liking.

John is great to work with and really knows his stuff. Everyone at Stuart Service has been great to work with and I can't recommend them enough.

The compressor on our heating and air unit went out after just a little over a year. Stuart Services ordered the part and had us back up and running in only two days. The technician was very professional and courteous, and performed the install in a timely manner. While they were out, our unit was serviced, and we were put on the schedule for next year. I highly recommend Stuart Services; they are a professional outfit!
