I can’t say enough good things about Pettit! I called and explained what was going on with my unit, and they were so kind and helpful from the very first phone call. The lady who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and made me feel like I was actually being heard and taken care of.

Alec Brown came out to my home, and I was so impressed with him. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and genuinely cared about getting my unit working properly. He didn’t just rush through the job—he took the time to figure out what was wrong and got me back up and running in no time!

It is such a relief to find a company you can trust. From the first phone call to the completed service, everyone was wonderful. I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and quality of work I received.

Our furnace decided to conk out the day we arrived home from spending Christmas with family. We called Chilly Ben’s the next day (which was a Saturday) & they had a technician come out the same day! Mr. Roddy found the problem fairly quickly & was back as soon as the parts were in to fix the problem! We’ve had 2 breakdowns on our heating & cooling units in the last 3 years & Chilly Bens always comes through for us! Very happy with their service!

Overall a great experience. David was wonderful and gets bonus points for taking time with my dog to make sure she was comfortable with him in and out of the house. He was able to find the issue and get it fixed quickly. He took time to explain what was happening and show me the piece that needed fixed. 10/10!
