The AC repair was done quickly and professionally. I felt confident that the job was done right and will definitely call them again for any HVAC service.

Our family is warm tonight thanks to the amazing team at Pettit. Within hours of contacting Pettit Jock was in our driveway in the middle of a historic ice storm. The most professional sales person we've met and was genuinely concerned for our home. Jay had our new water heater installed in under three hours and was super respectful of our floors. Tanner, Jon-Michael, and kolby installed a new ac unit for us in the freezing rain and smiled the whole way through. We honestly couldn't imagine a better experience, the guys at Pettit really took customer service to a new level. Thank you guys!

I recently had Petitt Heating and Cooling come out for an AC repair and was impressed by how honest and responsive the team was. Zechariah was very knowledgeable and explained everything in plain language, which made me feel trustworthy and confident in the work. The service was professional from start to finish and the technician arrived right on time. I especially appreciated their clear pricing and the fact they checked my indoor air quality while they were there. I would definitely recommend Petitt Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs reliable HVAC service.

Words cannot even begin to describe the gratitude we have for this company. We were referred by a family member who used them in the past, as well as benefit from their routine maintenance plan. The initial service call was seamless and the arrival time was extremely fast (our heat was out on a very cold day and we were concerned for the days ahead in a cold snap).

The technician, Thomas was amazing, as well as knowledgeable and informative. We were informed we needed either a new motor or a total new unit. Ours is a literal dinosaur and can’t believe it’s even lasted this long!

We weighed out our options with Logan, which ultimately led to us deciding on the new motor for now due to finances. The next day, Thomas was at our house installing a new motor, and we are back up and running!

When I tell you Petitt is a God-send, I mean it in the most literal way. The kindness, generosity, and care we were shown is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I will NEVER use another company, and I genuinely mean that. Logan said “It’s more than an air conditioner business to us” and that meant the world to me. This is the kind of company you want to put your trust in, and I won’t hesitate to call them again, and I will refer them to anyone and everyone when I get the chance.

This team is hands down, the absolute best! My HVAC stopped working after the ice storm we had a few weeks ago, so I called a different well known HVAC company to come out and diagnose the issue. (This was before I knew about Petitt). They came out and said I needed a whole new system. When they did an inspection for an estimate, they assured me the ductwork under the house was fine and everything was good to go... I talked to my husband, who was at work at the time and he said he wanted to get a second opinion. His cousin recommended Petitt! Jock was the gentleman that showed up and saved the day. He was VERY professional, yet easy to talk to and friendly. He was very up front about every detail. He did an inspection to give me an estimate and found tears in the ductwork that the other company said was perfectly fine! He came back in the house with pictures of the ductwork that needed to be repaired. He gave me 3 different estimates to choose from, explaining each option thoroughly and answered any questions I had. My husband and I decided to go through with Petitt replacing our system and Jock had his team out here THE SAME DAY! The owner even came out and helped his technicians install the new unit as well as speaking to my husband and I on a personal level. The entire team is a breath of fresh air. They offered great products at a great price, no hassle. I can't say enough great things about this company. We have definitely found our forever HVAC company. This team cares about their customers and will do anything they need to make sure they're taken care of. 10/10 RECOMMEND!

Petitt Heating and Cooling was fantastic! The team was honest, responsive and really knowledgeable. Zechariah explained everything in a clear way and was super professional and trustworthy. The HVAC service (dryer vent cleaning) was quick and the price was fair. I loved how friendly and chill the staff were, and I feel confident my home will stay comfortable. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service all the way around from start to finish! My husband and I were impressed, whether it was from the sales team (Jock and Logan), the wonderful technicians that came out to install our new furnace and A/C unit (John Michael, Nathan, and Zech), to their behind the scenes receptionist (Kelsey). Fast, friendly, respectable, and so kind! Quality workmanship, and parts, and the warranties are second to none (12 yr parts/ 10 yr labor for our split unit). They rerouted our waterline that the previous company had going through our old unit. The Petitt team surpassed all of our needs with the install (Efficiency, clean air, and reliability).. Loved working with the Petitt team! Glad to be lifetime customers.

During the big Nashville ice storm, my power went out and my gas fireplace was not working so I had no heat in the house. I called Petitt Heating and Cooling because my neighbor highly recommended their service to me. I called at 9 PM and Pettit made my situation a high priority and sent Logan as soon as possible to get the gas fireplace working to get heat in the house. Logan was professional, courteous and thorough. Logan was very knowledgeable and got the gas fireplace working great. The temperature dropped to the single digits at night. I don't know what I would've done if they hadn't been so prompt in getting my gas fireplace working. I'm extremely pleased with the service provided by Petitt Heating and Cooling and highly recommend them. Their prices were also very reasonable. I will be using their services for my heating and cooling needs in the future.
