We used Precision for our home remodel and they have been great. CJ came out recently to repair two things and he was very thorough and made sure everything was up and running before he left.

Contacted Precision in regard to a pipe blockage from the home to septic tank. Tyree White was dispatched next day, arrived early, and we were able to identify a blockage from clean out to septic, and we ran the same from the commode. Tested each successful.

Per my request, Tyree took a look at my hot water heater (made recommendations), checked water pressure - good, and swapped out basket strainers in my older home. Tested each successful.

We discussed potential further home improvements including a PEX Manifold and additional lines I would like run.

A very good experience, a pleasure working with Tyree, and once I figure out what my plan is for "this old house" will be looking forward to working with Precision and Tyree once again.

The job is not done yet. I have to have the sewer pipes in the yard replaced and I’m waiting on the company to notify me when the appointment date is for the work to be done . I sure hope it’s soon

I've been using Precision for five years at my house, which needed a LOT of plumbing work. They're always easy to work with and dependable! Most recently CJ came out for a couple projects, and he wound up saving me a chunk of money by pointing out an easy fix for my old toilet rather than replacing the whole thing with a new (less reliable) one. They'll give it to you straight!!

He showed up, identified the problem another plumber couldn’t, solved it quickly and for a fair price.

The gentleman who came to our house was very knowledgeable about his profession and I thought he was very honest. I asked for his opinion on a few things and was given straight forward answers without trying to sell me on work that I did not need and that was truly appreciated. When I am treated honestly and fairly like I was, I will not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

Tyree White was great and well knowledgeable in his field of work. It took him about 30 to replace the cut-off valves under my bathroom sink. He cleaned up after himself and as a homeowner, I can truly respect that. This my second time using Precision Plumbing Co. and I highly recommend anyone to call them for their plumbing needs.
