Today Tech Tyree White, of Precision Plumbing came to check out a few issues in my bathroom. He was respectful of my house and knowledgeable about my questions and concerns. Before him arriving the company was very communicative and kind. Easy to work with and showed up in a timely manner.

CJ was awesome! He did a quick repair on our irrigation which was so needed in the 95 degree weather! And then he came back the next day with more parts for a permanent fix. Second trip he didn’t even charge for. By Faith Farm is a non profit farm that grows and donates 100% of our food, using no pesticides or herbicides. We work with volunteers and had just put in some new plants that desperately needed water. Thank you for saving our plants so we can continue to supply food for those in need!

Eric arrived promptly. Courteous and efficient. It was a big job and was here for several hours. He had a great disposition and completed the job to satisfaction. Made little to no mess and left it as he found it. I would recommend Eric and Precision Plumbing into my home anytime.

This company now officially replaces my previous "go to" plumbing company. Precision does what is in the name, they are precise, prompt, problem solvers who are not out here trying to rip people off and stand by their work. My tankless hot water heater malfunctioned and a previous company I used failed to deliver a solution. As he did the work on my Noritz tankless hot water heater, CJ explained everything clearly in terms I could understand. In addition, the problem was solved. He represented the company exceptionally well. Thank you, Precision Plumbing.

Edit: overall a great job but I am having an issue with one of the faucets only getting warm not hot. Will update after they come back next week. It could be an issue with the water heater itself

We have used Precision Plumbing for the past two years whenever we have needed a plumber. They have been responsive, great to deal with, and have done quality work. The attached picture is from an E1 call where a pipe burst under the driveway. They were able to dig it out without having to bust through the concrete. Thanks guys!
