Total Disaster over-charged for putting a $35.00 pump on per his over the phone diagnosis and charged $305.00 and left the machine in the still not working. He has no license or insurance and actually not even a registered business. Beware ask questions before hiring his service. Mike R Bryant, AL
He was able to come out next business day to look at my washing machine to let me know what needed to be fixed and the cost. He did say would have to come back with the part which is understandable and the price included the part and labor. This is my second time using him to repair an appliance for me. There are few to no appliance repair services in Dunlap, TN. We have a side by side refrigerator that went out. There was a considerable amount of meat in the freezer. I called Rideout and left a message then sent a text. In less than an hour I received a callback from Rudy Rideout. He was here at the house in an hour's time. He was very professional and personable. Rudy did a thorough diagnostics and located the problems. The refrigerator was up and running shortly there after. His rates are reasonable but more importantly Rudy is honest and punctual. I have no problem recommending him to anyone. We now have our "Dunlap" appliance repairman!
Rudy was able to come to my house to check out my refrigerator very quickly. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He returned two days later to install replacement parts. I appreciate his help.
