I hired him to install a kitchen faucet. Pipes fell down after a month. He will not answer his phone or text and he has voice mail turned off. He charged me almost 800 dollars for the job. Over priced and very poor quality work. Would not hire this company again.

Speechlessly bad work. Had to run them off the job and hired another tile expert to rip out and redo their work. Had 7 days to perform the job, and guests showed up at our property and they weren’t even close to being finished. Complete nightmare. He’s a plumber who did good work for us, said he could do tile, and this was NOT the case. Complete disaster. New contractor is almost complete in < 4 days, including tear-out.

Horrible service. Put in an outside faucet and pressure washed my house. He was going to replace my underpinning with stack stoned panels and charged me for it and 2 months later my faucet started leaking he did not answer any of my calls and will not answer me about my stone panels that I paid for so he is definitely a crook and I have got a lawyer. Just wanted to let people know if he says he can fix anything else do not take his word for it. Plus the plumber that fixed the leak for the faucet he installed said he did not know why he used what he did to install the faucet and this plumber also replaced something else bc he said that would be my next leak. So after all It seams he is not licensed. Do not do business with complete plumbing services

in 2019 replaced two outdoor faucets, said charge for twice the work would be 450$ to 600$. Third try to get him to come he showed up two hours later than he said he would be. When done he Presented my assistant the bill, she wrote check for 450$. I caught the error after he left, too late. He came in his car, soldered copper tubing on the ground in driveway, left the mess, and had no plumbing license nor did City of Chattanooga Plumbing Inspection show him with plumbing or business license. Came with no parts, though inspection of job showed him what he needed, charged "150.00 per hour", took an hour to go two miles to Walmart or Ace Hardware to get faucets, Okay job, not good,

I had used his services in the past, as well as personally knew him his entire life. For this job I called him for new pipe to hook up my washing machine as existing pipe was too small. He told me that all of the pipes under my house would need to be replaced soon as they were 50 years old. So I hired him and paid him for all new plumbing under my house. When I paid him he assured me that everything was brand new and I shouldn't have any trouble for years to come. Fast forward two years and I'm getting my deck replaced, and we found some damage to the foundation. When these guys went into my crawl space they found about 9 feet of new pipe, improperly installed. Everything else had been untouched. There are five active leaks. I'm speechless. Literally everything is going to have to be redone.
