Mio home installed turf in my backyard. Everyone from the top to bottom of the company was extremely professional and responsive. They did an excellent job on my project. Would highly recommend!

I couldn't wait to share my experience with Mio Home! To say I was pleased would be a gross understatement. The whole process was the best customer service experience I have encountered. Kody Brown started by providing clarity and honesty with the process. He kept in touch with me, which was very reassuring. Everything he said would happen happened in the best way. Then Ceferino came by and made me feel good about what they would do and how good my yard would look. He made suggestions and it worked out perfectly. The crew they sent was so hard-working, pleasant, and focused. Melissa and Jessica were attentive and thorough regarding the business side of things. I am a happy customer with a beautiful yard!

The team from sales (Logan) and the install team led by Jesus were pros the whole time. We love the look of our front yard!

The Mio Crew sales team was very thorough and clear about what they offer and what the process looks like. They worked with us to align with our budget. After officially signing up for some rock landscape, cement slab work and artificial turf, they were able to schedule us in within a week’s time and completed all of it in 3 days! We were able to observe the transformation and while there were questions/concerns along the way, we trusted the process and now we have a backyard we enjoy being in!

The team was really good, answered all my questions, & was very communicative. They came by my house multiple times to make sure I was happy, & they also called & texted! I really appreciate the time & effort that was put in!

At the start, we were not rushed in what we wanted, I was actually suprised they offered financing. We got what we initially signed up for. We had questions that were answered in a confident matter. I would say Jose was helpful, but did not really keep us updated of the process. We had to ask multiple times when they were going to start and took longer than the time frame provided and requested our fence extension first for our dogs and was not done first, it was done last. The workers did break one of our water outlets in which even the workers said they weren’t responsible for. The final encounter with the manager, he was alot more open and helpful and covered the broken outlet. Just a heads up tho, the workers were drinking on the job do not be suprised if they leave their trash in your bin or in your backyard (me and my husband do not drink beer). If the job was messed up then I would have complained otherwise it was done the way we wanted as far as what we see. If you needed to see a true review, this is the one! We would use them again in hopes of the questions we had asked are answered soon from the final encounter.

0/10 recommend this company. They are 2-3 more times more expensive than any other company. They contract all of their work out to whoever is available in the area. They don’t do the work them selves.

The turf they used on my yard is already melting. I will attach picture.
Customer service is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. They can’t tell the truth and act like they aren’t going to fix the turf that I over paid for.

I would take my business and money elsewhere if it were me. I would go with someone local and more honest.
