Pool Steward is very responsive. I typically get a call back within a few hours of leaving a message or email, and they usually send someone out within a day or two after that. Additionally, I can count anything they repair to be fixed correctly the first time without need for another trip out

I had a hose break in the middle of a freeze. On Christmas Eve Tim called me back to help me to drain my filter and associated pipes to help prevent damage. That is really high end service. I highly recommend Pool Steward.

We have had a really good experience with Tim and his company. He has been amazingly responsive even on weekends and especially after the Snowpocolipse. His technicians and repair folks are polite and thorough. He is not the biggest company which is good as he brings personal service and accountability to his customers. We are big fans.

I've been very happy with Pool Steward. Always show up when expected, do a great job and will work with you on any problem. They've even delivered parts to me so I can do simple tasks myself and save the labor charge.

These guys go above and beyond, with the owner coming out in the beginning when I had just switched and wasn’t happy. He was awesome and worked in Bacolod and wet conditions to make sure my pool (and I:) were all happy and working properly!

Tim runs a quality operation! He’s professional, easy to work with, resourceful, fair, and accountable. He helped get us back up and running after “The Big Freeze” when others were only willing to put us on their waiting list. He has won my future pool business without a doubt!

My pump was making a loud noise and needed to be fixed promptly due to possible freezing temperatures. Pool Steward came out quickly and discovered that some bolts had become loose, so they addressed that issue. They also discovered a further issue with my backwash valve leaking. They replaced it within a couple days, and I was up and running in time for freezing temperatures.

I went through the pool school offered by Pool Steward and they have been out a few times to help with storm related issues. Tim and team have done great work! Great service and very prompt. Highly recommend.

Pool Steward replaced my salt cell in 2020. They are professional, honest, and helpful. After a year of floating cholorine tablets had a functioning salt water pool. I rebuilt my Polaris 280 pool cleaner during the pandemic and it didn't work properly. Tim came out and told me exactly what I had done wrong, and how to adjust the Polaris so it would work properly. They are the only pool company I will use.

Tim and the Pool Steward people have been wonderful to work with. When I retired, I turned all pool cleaning, repairs and chemicals over to them and have been completely satisfied. Their fees are reasonable too.

I cannot say enough favorable comments about Pool Steward. Tim and his team have proven to be absolutely dedicated. The true test came last week, when we experienced an historic winter storm in Texas. Even though Tim was being pulled in many directions, he ALWAY responded to my questions promptly, either by phone or text. He was never out of touch. In anticipation of the coming storm, Rodney made a special trip (at my request) to our house to check the equipment and make a few adjustments to help ensure our pool would not freeze. He also showed me how to quickly disengage the equipment in the event of trouble and explained the trouble indications I should look for. Throughout the storm, Tim was always accessible. He checked in with me periodically. In the end, everything worked as Tim, Rodney, and Caleb said it should. I know I got lucky, but I also was fully confident that if something went wrong, Tim and his team had my back. They are highly competent professionals that can be counted on to do right by their customers.

The "ice event" in Dallas in February affected our pool pipes and equipment. Later in May, the heater was not working properly On both occasions, I called Tim Kaiser at Pool Steward to take care of the problems.

We have used Pool Steward for over ten years when we had less than satisfactory service from other companies. The same technician comes every week - cleans traps and filter baskets, completely vacuums the pool and makes sure it is sparkly clean. They do and outstanding job!

We've happily used Pool Steward for several years. Unlike our previous pool service, Tim has been very responsive and helpful with any questions or issues that come up with our pool and equipment. Like other reviewers noted, when I do have a pool problem, they respond in a way to solve the issue not just up-sell me on something I really don't need.

Pool Steward has been great. We have had our pool just a year and Tim has been great about getting a technician out to look at problems. Most just new pool issues, but others required repairs. We also have weekly service and our technician is fantastic. Very friendly and listens to any questions I have.

I have been using Pool Steward for close to 10 years. They are very reliable and honest. When we were hit by the October 2019 tornado and my pool was filled to the top with debris, they were out the next day to access the issue and had my pool sparkling clear within days. And when things need to be repaired, they always look for the most practical repair rather than just immediately call for replacing things. They have saved me a lot of money over the years.

Like most people with a pool, you know how difficult it can be to find good pool company, so when you find one you don't want to lose them. Over the years, I've gone though my share of companies making promises that they wouldn't hold up. Over time, every one of them became worse and worse. Tim Kaiser, the owner of Pool Steward is different. Has there ever been an issue? Of course, every company that hires pool help does, but Tim and his staff are different. No matter the issue, he gets the job done. After last years freeze, we had a lot of broken equipment. Once the equipment came in, he called me, set a date, and fixed everything like new. If you are having problems with your current pool company, I highly recommend using Pool Steward. You won't be disappointed.

We've been very happy with their services. We've gone through about 4 other pool services since we moved in 6 years ago. Pool Steward would be the only one to consistently spend time cleaning our pool and even vacuuming as the need arose. Whenever we had an issue with our freeze guard or pool light they were very responsive and would address it in a reasonable amount of time. They are not the cheapest nor most expensive option. I highly recommend.
