I was very pleased with the service received from ABC Chem Dry. I called on a Friday morning and two gentlemen showed up to clean my tile and grout that afternoon. The guys were very nice and did a great job. My floors have never been so clean. I will definitely recommend and will use the service again. Very affordable as well.

A-abc Chem Dry is the best carpet cleaning company! I’ve used them for over 15 years and will continue to use them to clean my house carpets and my rental properties. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this cleaning company!! They cleaned all of our living room furniture and rug, and everything looks amazing. Chris was incredibly kind, honest, and the company as a whole is really fair in their pricing. We never felt taken advantage of, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Chris was wonderful - communicative, on time, transparent about pricing, offered potentially valuable services without being pushy, and walked us through what he did at the end. The results were great - got my cat’s accident out of the couch and cleaned up a chair that had seven years of kid stains stuck on before!!

**I waited over a week to write this so that I could give an honest review**
My male cat is a jerk sometimes. Even though my friend was staying with him he still showed his displeasure with me (for going on a week long vacation without him) by urinating on my couch. Not only that, but I also have a golden retriever that sheds a whole other dog every day, regardless of how much I brush her. Unfortunately, dog hair and ESPECIALLY cat urine are difficult to remove from a couch and I do not have the time, nor the patience, to attempt it myself. That’s when these guys came to my rescue! Not only did they remove all of the hair, but I have not smelled cat urine since they completed the job! They even picked up a few cat toys they found and vacuumed the floor behind my couch before they moved it back after cleaning; things that they didn’t have to do, but did anyway. They were also so kind and I really enjoyed conversing with them while they were here. They made sure to ask about the cats and if there was any concern of them running out the front door while it was cracked due to the hose. Their kindness & professionalism towards me as a client as well as towards my animals (especially my golden retriever who wanted them to only pet her instead of work haha) was absolutely refreshing. They followed instructions on how to access the parking garage to my apartment perfectly with no issues, which is a first to be honest, as most people tend to get confused/lost. I was very impressed with everything and will be recommending them to anyone and everyone!

The agent who booked my appointment was very friendly and I appreciated the reminder confirmation by vmail and text. Jose and Farjan did a meticulous job and were able to straighten a seam that the original installers ignored. I am very grateful for the good work!

I asked for a carpet shampoo service, but I honestly didn’t expect it to come out this clean. I’m 200% satisfied! I truly hope this company becomes loved by everyone.
They also recommended a spray and a scrubber to use if the carpet gets dirty again. I haven’t had a chance to buy it yet, but I definitely want to!

Jose Escamilla and Farjan were great! They called and let us know they would arrive in the next 25 minutes and they arrived at that time which was at the start of our arrival window. They were kind and completed the work very quickly leaving the machine outside to eliminate noise inside and my husband and I were able to continue working as normal. They wrapped up 4 bedroom carpet cleanings within about 1 hour. Highly recommend!

Jose and Farjan did an outstanding job on our carpets. They were on time and the in a very timely manner. This is the second time we have used AABC Chemdry. I would highly recommend them.
